  • I actually had a problem getting my email and said exactly the same thing. "I can't get my email."

    "OK. Could you be a little more specific?" the guy asked.

    I'm thinking Huh? So I say, "What do you mean? I can't get on-line. It keeps telling me I'm not connected to the Internet."

    I knew I had Internet Service, b/c I'd already paid the bill and was on-line the day before.

    They had someone come to my house to fix the issue. IDK what he did, but I've never had a problem since.

  • This is what I go through every day. I answer phones for a popular search engine company. You always know you're in some fun when you say, "How may I direct your call?" and they respond with, 'Well... I'm not sure..."

    The best is when you direct them to the support page online. "Well sir, if you're near your computer, please go to _____. com/support..."

    "And how do I do that?"

    *Ug!*
