I was pleasantly surprised to see Anton Makarski in the Russian version of Notre Dame de Paris. He is very talented and plays the role exceedingly well, to say nothing of his voice. Great performance!

The Russian Esmeralda is not as pretty as the French Esmeralda, but she is the best, because she is raw and sexy, and looks more like a gypsy, that is how Esmeralda should be. The French one looks like she has just stepped out of the beauty parlour :)

Have you seen the movie? Watch it. Gina Lollobrigida plays Esmeralda. She is the real Gipsy.Her dancing and singing is just by the novel (if you have read the novel) the movie is not a rock opera, but it is another timeless masterpiece.

yes way. Garou is great, but I prefer Marakulin as Frollo. Patrick and Makarskiy are on the same level for me, but Makarskiy is better-looking... :D

Makarskiy est plus beau que Fiori! >w< Heheh. I liked the part where they quickly flashed the spotlight for each dancer in Déchiré; that had a cool effect. And I've finally seen Marakulin's face with the make-up (ha!). Beautiful... thanks for sharing!
