This looks GREAT, Weps! I played this game a LOT back in my C64 days. I would definitely buy a copy for a modern PC. Your handle sounds familiar, did you do some patches for Bloodlines? Anyway thanks for even just this glimpse of one of my old favorites of all time! Brings back memories.
I remember Red Storm Rising. I miss the game. I borrowed a technique from another submarine simulator, and would use an end-around method to get ahead of the enemy, fire some torpedoes and control them by wire. By the time the enemy detected the torpedoes, my submarine would be far away, and my torpedoes would be homing.
great!! do u know how to use mk48?? i mean i m playing this for a ong time on amiga but i even dunno how to use mk48s i just used sealances xD from where can i download this game?
Mk48, fire use shift-5. BUT, if you're going to fast you won't have wire control. (Select the fired torpedo using N, steer with joystick) That is, after it has activated.
this looks awesome! what a great idea, reviving this classic! the tomahawk moved pretty fast though, but hey no biggie! how's the ai coming along? if yo could get this to match the original, that would be quite an apreciated accomplishment! ill be following this, keep up the great work!

Been waiting for someone to do this for ... well... almost 20 years? Looks great so far. Will be watching.
I actually found this by searching for Kennedy Approach today.
Keep up the fine work.

Tomahawk does not really move too fast, the distance was pretty short :-)
And the AI is coming along just fine !
Thanks.

You all know this game came out on PC - don;t you? I have it, and it is just like the C64 version with it's EGA graphics.

I actually found the C64 version to be superior to the old PC version in every way. I played them both.

Best if you can add c64 touch to it! wonderful you are bringing back this game.

Sweet, I used to love playing this on my Amiga years ago. In fact I liked it so much I joined the Royal Navy to do it for real.
