I did some research today.. that Triple Decker... the Island Empress.. was delivered to Empire Boat Tours in 1987.. so the earliest the video could have been taken is 1987.. Regards..
I'm pretty sure your a couple decades off... that video was taken in the 1990's.. not the 1970's.. I live in Alexandria Bay and am failry familiar with the history of Empire Boat Tours. While Empire Boat Tours exisited in the 1970's it closed. The name was re-used again later on in the 1990's and that is when they got the triple decker.. My Dad's restaurant used to cater it's dinner tour.. Regards..
