Heart doesn't have to lip sync, like many other modern "singers" but I do know that some TV shows made their performers tape a "live" version to back up their sets...crazy. Yeah, Nancy isn't only beautiful, but exceedingly talented!

I love the story I read in the other clip of this track about the work and efforts that went into making this song. Amazing and probably explains why it sounds so polished and perfect to my ears. I've always loved the power and fun this song makes me feel. Have always thought this track should have gotten way more air time than I've ever heard. One of my favorites forever.

I love this! This is my favorite song and album of all time, thank you! To settle the argument of live or not, I believe the vocal is definitely live, the music is not. That's why it fades at the end.

This is a true live performance...you can tell by Ann's singing. This performance does not match the studio version.

The lead vocals are live,but the music,backing vocals are not.Back then the did a mix called a t.v. track.

I think its live,but there is some doctoring for tv,for instance they have shortened it,and the start of the applause is obviously dubbed in,but I can tell Ann is singing!

She's probably singing live to playback, ie her lead vocal is the only thing that's live. Everything else is a backing track that the band is miming to.
