You want to put the files from any sound pack you want to install into: Image-Line\FL Studio 8\Data\Patches\Packs

So you should have a folder in there for whatever pack, and it should have the sound files within that. Then, to access them in FL studio, open up the "packs" folder on the left hand side, and then browse to whatever sound you want to use!
