I am sorry that I am not familiar with Cap and Trade enough to comment on it. Now there are about 14 "ghost" incidents here. It is a friendly ghost like Casper. Actually, I'd rather stay here with the ghost than be forced out anyday!!! Do you know how cold it gets here in the winter?

I would suggest that we have our lawmakers and our judicial system start to handle this by fining the Hell out of the Polluters until they cannot afford to do business in dirty ways anymore and giving the fine money to asthmatics (the government already knows us as asthma is the most expensive disease). I would use my new money to fund windpower and solar power on a grand scale as well as fund education. Asthma is caused by the Polluters.

In Japan in 1988, the government gave asthmatics 8000 dollars per month for their suffering there. I saw that like on CNN back then. Now why does our USA government not yet recognze our suffering and the direct cause here?

It is so obvious to virtually EVERYBODY ELSE in the world (all of the other nations). I am sure that this makes perfect sense to you too--that work needs to be done fast here while asthmatics are still alive (more asthmatics are here everyday due to pollution though).

The problem is growing every day and every night as pollution causes new asthma cases; that is, there are previously healthy people who now have asthma for life due to air pollution.

Relax! It's okay; it's just the camera itself reflected on the window glass!!! If I didn't know what it was I would be very worried too!!! It does look like a ghost or a robot/droid like R2D2 from Star Wars or the robots from THE BLACK HOLE, the 1979 movie. I have a friend who saw a dark figure against her window a half mile from here in Cheyenne in 1987 and she got on a bus and went to Pennsylvania because it was so scary!!! Her apartment was definitely haunted and maybe with evil too.

She came back to Cheyenne immediately but her old apartment on Converse is haunted we believe; I bumped my head REALLY hard on the steel tee posts for the laundry/clotheslines there when we looked around there a few years ago as she told me of other haunting events at that building that had occurred to others. I have had 7 strange events myself that seem to point to a haunting here at my apartment(good spirit/person/ghost though!!!).

Make that an even 10 incidents at my apartment now. Relax!!! It's a good ghost/spirit. This would be somebody you could kick back with, whatever that means. Besides, they like the movie THE PLANET OF THE APES (1968) also, just like I do, because they turned my TV back on one time to watch it when my friend and I talked outside.

A substantial portion of our air pollution in the USA is from Asia, I am sorry to say. I think I read that 40% of the Mercury (Hg) in USA soil came from China, and that 15% of USA air pollution came from China. If we set a good example with clean power, hopefully the Chinese will want this also for themselves, and not the dirty, deadly, sooty pollution that they are sharing with us now. In London in December 1952 over 4000 people died from coal soot in the fog in just a few days.

Interesting thing about pollution; If you are too poor to do anything about it you probably live in the worst part of it. Rich people never live near solvent factories.

You are correct, I am so far (as of September 2008) unable to be able to leave medically and financially but I am working on that and it is an oil refinery that is 8 blocks away, less than a half mile. There are numerous coalburning plants from northern Wyoming all the way to Pueblo Colorado and beyond, or over 500 miles of them. We need Wyoming Windpower and Solar Power and Hydroelectric Power ABOVE ALL.

I never chose to live here myself but here I am for now, for 38 years so far.

The root of the problem is the polluters and their pollution, not where people happen to live. If pollution can be stopped/reduced drastically through a clean-enegy-only-economy, then we can have clean air everywhere on earth. There is definitely a conspiracy to force us all to have polluted air, I would say.
