Gaspari supps are pure garbage.

This guy gets back into shape with chemicals and drugs and then uses the condition to sell his products. Another zero-character personality in bodybuilding.

Most supps are a waste of money, unless protein, vitamins and creatine, and should be avoided. Save your money and buy FOOD.
