Have you ever tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard several unbelivable things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
@Moonstarrz The really old-fashioned exercise of lying on your back and while supporting your lower back with your hands, pretend to be pedaling a bike pushing your feet in the air. Also after you do your regular cardio workout, when your blood-pressure starts to return to normal, lie on your back, head slightly down so your tummy is slightly stretched and losing heat more readily. Cut out most carbs for 3 days but make sure every 4th day you eat some carbs. This is old news but works very well.

This guy speaks the absolute truth about nutrition, BUT when it comes to exercise there is something I found out totally by accident. I had bad belly fat, no fat anywhere else, just the belly. Like this guy says, it's the last place to go which is no good if you already have skinny arms and shoulders.I noticed that I lost weight from the top down, face, neck shoulders, chest etc. so I gave up. Then I thought of exercising UPSIDE DOWN! You won't believe the results Heat rises I guess.

what if your a indian person and like ur daily diet contains foods like white rice, and foods with oils and lots of spices, (including vegetarian dishes) so what i mean is do i need to change my meal plan all together or is this alright to eat? help me plzz. thanks!
@TheKibble3 you can do it. just say no too them because they are obviously the foods you want to keep away from. im sure their are indian foods that can help you reach your goal. good luck.
sorry ... i like your vid... but its ridiculous to make your cardio training after your resistance training... because you'll loose muscle mass while you're doing the cardio training... if you do the cardio training first and then you build up your muscles, you'll loose fat and your muslces gonna stay... am i right??
