This song has so much meaning to me.. deffinately my favourite Simple Plan song. My mum has cancer and has been battling for just over 10 years now, when they had originally had said she may last only a couple of years. This is me and my mums song. I wish i could save her too :( she is terminally ill and will not make it to next year. Im just glad she is so strong-willed to have proved the doctors wrong and continually fight to live longer than they said she will. I love my mum for that <3

me and my older brother was on this nice cliff spot near our home we always go there to hang out when a gust of wind blew me forcing me to grab the ledge with one hand my brother helped me from falling 100ft to the ground had a my head uthad an injury from hitting the cliff side but i never believed i would survive

I was little when my mom had cancer, barely 4 or 5. she was gone at the hospital almost everyday, the only thing i knew was that mama might not come home. the doctors said she didn't have a good chance of surviving, but she looked them straight in the eye and said 'i want to see my children grow up. please, do everything you possibly can.' now, 10 years later, my mom is healthy as can be. I hope every cancer patient is as lucky as my mother =) and RIP to those who couldn't pull through

My grandma is losing her battle with kidney cancer right now. It's terrifying to see her in a hospital bed, unable to talk or move. I have heard this song so many times before she was diagnosed and I always thought it was a beautiful song, but now it's so much more moving. I can't listen to this song without crying.

the mother of my brother's best friend had a terminal cancer that was diagnosed 6 months ago and she died just before Christmas she died because of stress before starting treatment. I told that story to a friend I cried about it my friend said, who cares as long as it's not us she told me that I hit her violently I broke her nose and I got fired from my college but I think she deserved it and it was the first time I hit a girl.
