  • @xxsladedethxx I disagree completely! I was 140lbs for the longest time and I destroyed that old composition and self doubt...its possible.. Trust me.

  • yup. me too bro. i was 160 at one point. but i eat 5 meals a day. 2 shakes. and tho some disagree i take creatine on one month off one month. i am now 190. and i had a lot of trouble gaining weight. its all about dedication and how bad you want it

  • @xxsladedethxx I was 135, now iam 146, lifting weights and drinking protein shakes, also good diet.

  • @xxsladedethxx you have no idea what your talking about. ive been 120 pounds for a long time. i ate right, hit the gym, took protein shakes and weight gainer shakes. now i am past 140. either your not eating right, eating enough or not training right. its a simple process to gain weight. intake more calories than you expend. you just have to work at it. your not going to see crazy ass results right away.

  • @xxsladedethxx this comment actually pisses me off, i guarantee it has nothing to do with the fact that "skinny guys can't gain weight" it's just cause you have no idea how to properly gain lean muscle
