Yes, but Terran players get the stim pack faster than Zerg players get the upgrades for the zerglings, therefore it's not cheap.

i havn't seen a protoss win a zvp in months, it's so imbalanced now it's ridiculous, when B level zerg players are beating S class protoss players every single game it gets frustrating to watch

lol Best is S-Class against Terran and Protoss, but B-Class against Zergs, that's always been known.  You want to see A level Protoss beat S-Class Zergs watch Movie, Stork, and Pure.
