Filters and effects that I use frequently are: light / contrast, diffuse glow, gradient curve and bump.

@sparten771 You can play with this graphics card, but you will probably put the graphics and other options to "Medium" and maybe "Low".

It also depends on the type of processor and RAM etc ...

I think the 9600 GT is not powerful enough to play at "Empire" in good conditions.

The Brits were basically fighting two wars at once, with the U.S. and with France. It was either lose Britain or lose America, the answer was of course lose America, so the troops had to be sent back to Europe to fight the French, and won.
