  • An Mkb-42(h) on 1:08 left to Stg 444

  • I wonder how German soldiers would've reacted if shown videos of fat Yanks getting massive boners over their weaponry...

  • @Henners1991 *Inserts Hitler screaming randomly in an incoherent language that's supposed to be german*

  • 0.41

    LOL

    Thats the KING of SIMPLYSITY

  • @emasterpiece15 The scope is a ZF4 scope. It was mainly used on the G43 as a sniper rifle because when it was on the MP44, the scope wasn't accurate enough to be used in combat so soldiers just used the MP44s iron sights.

  • @CRH114

A red dot or something similar (SA80's SUSAT) would have been the ultimate complement I think.

  • what's the name of that scope on the rifle?

  • @emasterpiece15 Could be the vampire scope, the first night vision sniper scope.

  • @Jeremiah90526 no its not the vampir. its a standard scope

  • Hitler didnt like it because He is Austrian and is jeallous of German quality!

  • @MasterChief2Man Thats right nothing beats german quality

  • @MasterChief2Man adolf hitler "didnt like it" because he was a zero and somehow that didnt fit in his brainwash.

  • Hilter dumb? And the French and British leaders of the early war were better? Stalin was dumb enough to liquidize his officers for crying out loud. Hitler and Germany faced an impossible task in fighting the Soviets and the USA. In this particular instance it was simply a matter of resources, the weapons used by the military seemed to be up to the job only a wizard could have foresaw the results of the Sturmgewehr research.

  • @RobertBeowulf the only reason why germany lost that war was because hitle would not listen to his generals. and yes germany was basicaly unstoppable until 1943ish cause of hitler not his generals or the U.S or russia

  • Thank God that HItler was such a dumb military leader, a lot of his decisions made Germany lose the war. Among this blunder of the MP44, there is the ill decision of using the Me 262 as a bomber instead of a fighter and probably the biggest blunder was to invade Russia.

  • @matador5135 hitler could have tooken russia.

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI he never could have. Even if he'd taken Moscow... so what? Stalin and co. could have just moved further east just like the Russian government did with Napoleon.

Even without western allies I highly doubt Russia would have lost. It would have just been a longer war. Red Army accounted for 88% of German casualties.

  • @IcyScythe you dont know anything bout that war do you? no army in the world at that time was a match for Germany. including russia. Russia had found mistakes of hitlers moves (not his generals) so they exploited on the germans faulty moves. even if stalin moved east hitler would have pursued him and wipe stalins armys out and there manufacturing would have been haulted. stalin couldnt take hitlers armys. it was his mistakes that cost germany that war. Operation Barbarossa look it up......

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI well go on believing your revisionist history if you want but hitler could never have taken russia. The Red Army had over FIVE HUNDRED infantry divisions and about 50 armored divisions by war's end.

Sheer numbers (and the T-34, which even Guderian called "the best tank in the world", and what they based the panther on) would have crushed the German military, it would just have taken longer. Go read a history book please.

  • @IcyScythe WTF are you kidding me? really? just shut the fuck up and go somewhere. numbers dont mean shit when all you have to do is flank, and adjust your army group centers which ever side is where. numbers really? give me a break. i was in the army for 4 years i think i would know what im talking about. that T-34 tank was also not invincable neither and yes the germans had no problem taking them out. you need to read history book. just get a life kid. fuck off.

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI Germany took on Russia and got spanked in the end. It was the Russians that got to Berlin, and then Hitler offed himself. That's whats in the history books, so the kid is right. Wasn't the Russian's victory day just a few days ago?

  • @NormanMatchem you are rightin a way. but also remember this history is written by the victors. like i said before germany would have tooken russia as long as hitler would have listened to his generals but thats not what he did after 43ish because of his early victories. just look it up i have relatives in that was in that war both german and american cousins litterally

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI History being written by the victors has nothing to do with it. Germany lost, the end. He picked a fight with Poland, got England and Canada pissed, moved on down to France and what not, then Operation Barbarossa with the Russians. When they hit Stalingrad, the Germans started getting spanked, then D-Day for more spanking, and the Russians hit Berlin a little over 66 years ago. Americans gave the Japanese what-for, and the rest is history, allies won. Hopefully the last WW.

  • @NormanMatchem actually it does. its called lieing. not the real truth. the reason why germany didnt take russia because hitler didnt give his soldiers the winter clothing and supplies until it was to late. the allies took normandy because 1. rommel was at his home for his wifes birthday, 2. the cpt that was in charge of the german beach divs. was scared to call hitler and wake him up to give the orders to release the two panzer divs and 1 inf. div. to push back the allies in to the sea.....

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI Your talking what ifs now, they might not have even made a difference. What if Vassili Zaitsev had died in combat before becoming famous, what if hitler slipped and broke his neck on some steps before starting WWII, what if Winston Churchill died of a stroke in the mid-30s? Allies won, we fought valiantly. Germany gave us a run in the first half, but couldn't hold their own in the second half.

  • @NormanMatchem i never said any thing about what if. theres your basic WW2 facts why Germany lost WW2 in my recent posts. if you read German generals memoirs even german soldiers memoirs they tell why they lost. but atleast some movies and some mass manufactured "historian" books show and tell the reader that. but im very glad we won the though barely im glad we did. as my 1 uncle said to me and im quoting "if our division left poland with winter gear we could have taken stalingrad" unquote

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI lmao I don't give a shit what your "1 uncle" said, our troops won the war, and it's not because of any bullshit winter gear. Your completely disregarding how hard our troops fought and saying we won because the Germans screwed up at a few points. We fought hard and kicked ass, that's how the war was won, now go read a book or something because your grammar is garbage, kid!

  • @NormanMatchem you stupid piece of shit looks like you need to read a fucking book keep on believing we won because "we fought harder" just like most others. it just goes to show how stupid and blind you really are. face it kid In 1935-1943 Germany was the most powerfulist country in the world no country on earth could defeat them but because of hitlers MISTAKES they lost that war. its because of his Mistakes idiot learn it and get a fucking life bitch. MISTAKES thats why like i benn saying KID!

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI Your completely undermining the allied forces of WWII by saying it was bullshit mistakes. You know fuck all, punk. It's better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt. Germany got their ass handed to them in the end because they picked the wrong fight... AGAIN. Mistakes had nothing to do with it, you were talking about ficticious what-ifs, just like the supposed memoires. Don't talk like our troops had nothing to do with winning.

  • @NormanMatchem the US and english high command knew something wasnt right and thats when we EXPLOITED hitlers MISTAKES. Germany picked a fight with the US in 42 although that happened hitler would have had no problem raping the shit out the US.miltary sadly as it seems. even MISTAKES in battle could be adverted or overcomed there was just too many by hitler in 43ish. MISTAKES cause battles and wars too be lost. Soldiers are just pawns on the field waiting to be moved nothing more. im done wit u

  • @1962Galaxie514ciMPFI I should say so. You know why I called you kid? You type like one, and you've got the grammar of a kid. Go read some history books, bozo, you don't know f*ck all about war lol The fact the allies had the M1 Garand and Lee Enfield, both faster, higher capacity, and just as accurate as the Kar98k made a big difference on the battlefield. I own them all, and while they're great rifles, the k98k can't keep up with the M1 or Enfield. Don't talk shit about our soldiers, dumb ass!

  • hes right about the early m16 being a pos...my uncle was a LRRP in vietnan 173rd i think...he always tells the story about his first firefight of his 16 jamming and how pissed he was...after that his picked up an AK and didnt use anything else for the rest of his tour

  • The reason it is refered to as the MP44 is because "MP44" is actually stamped into the genuine guns.

  • It's actually only STG-44. NOT mp44

  • @codyjshaw It is both, the general who created them gave it an inaccurate designation so hitler would allow it to be made, he hated the assault rifle

  • "didn't perfect our own assult rifle untill the late 1960s"

    what the m16?

    bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • Ich liebe meine MP-44. Ich schlaufen mit Sie. Sis sind sooo schone. I gehe nach das bad mit Sie. Sie sind wunderbar. Ich bin eine guten kurtzen Nazi!

  • Hitlers retarded :P

  • is stg-44 not mp-44

  • @Olimpo3001 yes but since earlier version of the stg44 had to be kept secret from hitler it was adopted as a submachine gun...later when the Führer was informed about a new standard firearm(the mp44) he named it the storm rifle or the stg44

  • @Olimpo3001 Its MP-44 AND STG-44

  • why is this gun always mislabeled as the MP-44? MP is an acronym for "Machine

Pistol" an automatic weapon that fires pistol cartridges. this is an STG-44. STG is the acronym for "sturmgewehr" which is German for "storm rifle". it shoots rifle rounds so its not a MP.

  • @TheBebop51 yes but since earlier version of the stg44 had to be kept secret from hitler it was adopted as a submachine gun...later when the Führer was informed about a new standard firearm(the mp44) he named it the storm rifle or the stg44

  • @TheBebop51 Prototype of the MP-43 called Maschinen Karbiner 1942. MKb 42 (H or W). Haenel version was better than Walther version & won. Hilter ordered MKb program to end. They renamed to Maschinen Pistole 43 MP-43. Final major mods made & mass production. MP-43s were sent to Russia & killed lots of Bolsheviks. AK was born from some of those first batch of MP-43's that got captured. Only minor changes made to the gun until wars end. MP-43 MP-44 StG-44 is the same gun. StG-45 was 1st CETME/G-3.

  • @TheBebop51 Select fire MP-43 shoots an intermediate round 7.92x33mm. Select fire MP-38 shoots P-08 pistol round 9x19mm & the select fire FG-42 shoots full size rifle round 7.92x57mm. Full auto only MG-42 shoots full size rifle round 7.92x57mm & can be shot from the shoulder, but was really designed to be shot from the bipod, AA tripod, or the lafette tripod. Most MP-43 mags are marked: MP-44. Most StG-44 marked receivers are later overstamps of the MP-43 or MP-44. Most guns are marked MP-44.

  • does anybody know what Modern Marvels episode this is? I would like to find it and also MP-44= best gun in the world

  • i hate when people call the stg-44 a machine gun when it's really a rifle.

  • @silentcontent well what did you expect thats what their creators called it.You cant hate them for that.

  • @silentcontent funny cuz machine gun is related to rifle or assault rifle and MP in mp44 stands for Machine pistol (but then in german) wich is actually a 9mm

  • @silentcontent That`s called ignorance, my friend.

I hate when people call Revolver To pistols.

  • @silentcontent im replying to my old comment....ahh the years that go by

  • this is the stg 44 (sturmgewehr 1944) assault rifle----not pm( submachine gun)

  • this is the stg 44 (sturmgewer 1944) assault rifle----not pm( submachine gun)

  • This History Channel video clip also doesn't tell that the US military went for full-power battle rifles instead of assault rifles after the war.

  • If hitler wouldn't have been 93% crazy retart this world would probably be speaking german for a big part ..........

  • iM SORRY, BUT I STILL OVE THE GARAND

  • @mindlessprimitive Yeah the Garand is awesome... Can't reload until you're out... only 10 rounds... bulky... perfect! Outright beats a long-range, fully-automatic assault rifle!

  • @GREATGOOGOLYMOOGOLY yeah it holds 8 rounds, but its more powerful and accurate, which is what makes a difference in a firefight. most soldiers comin back from the front said they woulda married it. its a longer range than the mp-44 and easier to use. oh yeah... DO YOUR RESEARCH! you can reload the garand be4 it runs out. press the button on the left of the reciever and pull the charging handle back. easy as that. quit playing games and reed up on it.

  • Weird, I heard that Hitler loved the MP44, his "Storm rifle" dream come true! but it was approved too late, near the end of the war he let it go into production and by that time the allies were closing in, ready to bite him between the legs, pity he capped himself, it wouldve been intresting to see what he wouldve said to churchill or uncle joe in captivity or at the nuremburg trials along with that fat fool Goring and the poison dwarf Himmler alongside him!

  • The MP44/StG44 and the AK-47 are the weapons of choice of irregular forces around the world. It is said that only semi-automatic versions are in production, in Germany, but I wonder if someone isn't still producing it (full auto version) and selling it at a low price (possibly the German manufacturer might be one of the manufacturers) unofficially because there are too many that still exist and function. Argentina and possibly East Germany produced them after the war until the early 50s.

  • Haha they say that it's strange that Hitler did not like the STG, but it isn't because he was a fucking retard !

  • @girondi1 your very wrong my freind koloshnikov wanted a simplar yet more reliable assult rifle which is very different than the mp44 read some more.

  • @gamealcohol sorry but soviet russia had a bigger army and armor divisions

  • Hitler was an idiot. From Stalingrad to the mp44.

  • the mp44 was a great gun to bad the russians stole the design and made the ak-47

  • assault rifle 44 got 7,92 × 33 mm ( 8mm with less punch ; hybris of 7,92 x 57 mm (rifle)und 9 mm Parabellum(pistol), but very high muzze energy to give infantery more power on medium distance, soldiers could also carry more ammo

  • MP 44 Bullets were around 2.5mm bigger that M16 bullets. But they went slower since the rounds were shorter and bullets were wider. Right?

  • The US thought that the assualt rifle round was underpowered. The British tried to convince them in 1950 that an intermediate cartrige was needed. but they still refused. (look up .280 British cartridge improved by FN of Belgium).

Then after forcing all of NATO to take up the 7.62mm, and rtefusing the very effiecient .280 British/FN, the US changed to 5.56mm an even SMALLER round in the 1960's. Go figure...

  • It wasnt because he didnt like the look of it, he simply thought the logistics of so many differsnt cartridges was already too much. And he had a point.

  • Lol can u imagine the feeling u get after u see a vietcong rushing up to you and ur M16 fucking jammed?????? gosh......

  • MP stands for Maschinenpistole so i don't know why this assault rifle or Sturm Gewehr is called a machine pistol ex : mp 40 9 millimeter MP5 9 millimeter STG44 7.92x33 is a rifle round

  • @potheadj When the weapon was rejected by Hitler, production started secretly with the name MP-43 to disguise it as a MP-40 mod. Later, when Hitler asked troops in the eastern front what they'd need more of, they replied "MP-43's." It was then when Hitler realized his mistake and the potential of this weapon, after which it went by MP-44 for a while, before Hitler named it with the more ballsy name "Sturmgewehr 1944."

  • Wen i first saw the STG 44, i thought it was an AK47. To me, i thnk the AK kinda resembles the STG

  • @XiaNingTian That's where the Russians got the basic design for the '47.

  • @IconOfSin88 so i was right. thnx

  • @XiaNingTian me 2!

  • why would anyone take the 9mm mp40 over the .45 cal thompson

  • @slaytallicadethsb you can carry more rounds into combat

  • i am the anti christ

  • @TheSultan79 good for you

  • If we had copied the MP44 then we would have had a similar result of the Springfield and Kar98k rifles. We would have been sued for the design. I love the M-16 and I think it could kick the crap out of an MP44.

  • @gutsu4, I don't think a war torn Germany would be in any position to sue. The M16 used many innovations from the MP44 anyways.

  • germans are the best in the world and have the best weapons and tanks and mp44 is the best assault rifle of the world and ak-47 and m16 have no chaance up against it

  • m16 and ak47 had to copy the Germans because the Germans are the best in the world at fighting the war, they just happened to be fighting the whole world.

  • @Exposeobama666 and the M60 too

  • @Exposeobama666

How did the Russians copy the Germans if the Russian who invented the AK-47 developed the rifle while injured from WW2?

  • @Cowbelltheoneandonly Mikhail Timofeyevich Kalashnikov almost lost his arm at Bryansk when his T-34 was hit by a shell. He spent almost a year recovering & spent his time reading Federov & putting his own weapons ideas on paper. His designs got noticed & he was sent to study at MAI & then at Ensk. He had access to some captured MP-43's there. He copied the layout of the MP-43 & it's gas system for his "Mikhtim" rifle. The AK's bolt locking system was copied from the US M1 Garand & Carbine.

  • @Exposeobama666 Halt dein Maul du Arschpirat

  • @Exposeobama666 except the japanese and the other axis countries...

  • Americans didn't copy the mp44 but the Russian sure did in designing the AK-47

the Americans did copy the Russians when a fox bat pilot landed in japan the plan was analyzed and the US created the F15 eagle from the fox bats designs

  • @godscuttingyoudown, We didn't copy the STG44? Just look at the M16. It uses the two part reciever from the STG44,the spring loaded buttstock, dust cover, and controls.

  • @esh325 The two part receiver concept was around before the Stg44. The AR-15's design is derived from the AR-10, not the Stg44..

  • @Crim15, what other firearm used a two part reciever design like that of the STG44?

  • @esh325 To start, there's the M1919 (later designated M1A1 Thompson), Sten, M3, PPSh43, and of course it's predecessor the Mp39/40. The motion of the upper receiver swinging down over the lower receiver is called a shotgun-break action which comes from early single shot long-arms like early rifles and shotguns, hence the name..

  • @Crim15, the thompson dosen't really break open. The MP44 was one of the first military rifles to have a two part reciever. The FAL even uses a two part reciever and spring loaded buttstock just like the STG44. The AR15/AR10 no doubt got it from the STG44.

  • @esh325 It doesen't have to break open to be regarded as a two part receiver ,it just has to use two parts. The Stg's buffer assembly doesn't reach the stock, the buffer spring stays in the lower receiver. It can be easily noted looking at Stg44 with butt-caps and a folding stock..

  • @godscuttingyoudown The Foxbat's design had nothing to do with the F-15 development. Other than the close resemblance of their airfoil layout, both aircraft are completely unrelated in development. That landing happened four years after the F-15's first flight..

  • I'm sure a million people heard this before or already know ..... but thats the last gun you can get on call of duty 4

  • I'd hate to say it, but the MP-44 looks cool.

  • what is the name of the films that 0:22 and 0:28 come from?? please

  • That is not an MP44 it is an STG 44. MP 44 and MP 43 were earlier development versions of the STG.

  • i wonder what the producer of the mp 44 felt like when he just dissed hitler and made the gun anyways

  • wow they defied hitler, i thought hitler fucken named the rifle himself the sturmgewyer 44!?

  • @CovenantElite1117 he did, He was doing an inspection and found that the gun was being issued to troops behind his back and was pissed until he actually talking to the soldiers who told him how great of a gun it was, Then he changed the name for propaganda.

  • with this rifle adopted in 1943 full on, the Nebelwerfer, the Panther, the Me262, and add Hitler not being a micro-managing asshole, wir werden alles Deutsches sprechen...

  • that gun is great i have fired it. its been 15 years tho but i fired it off great gun perfect in every way :P looks like aliens gave them the tecnology.

  • @karpatzasrevenge im calling bs on you fireing it

  • i can tell you anything you want to no about that gun,my friend got it in a cardboard box it wuz a bit rusty had to reblue the gun and everything it wuz never used call it what you want why are you jealous you fucking cunt

  • haha ok mabye you have then, my bad. im deff not jealous i would like to shot the stg someday, but i have 2 ak47's so the stg dont have shit on them

  • i would believe him my dads friend owns 2

  • copies or real ones?

  • o there real alright his dad bought them in the 70s when that stuff was cheap :)

  • ahh good shit

  • 0:40

The description the guy gives about semi and fully automatic is somewhat incorrect. The Sturmgewehr had a button switch above the trigger, which could be set either for "E" (Einzelfeuer - semi-automatic) and "F" or "D" (automatic fire). The safety switch is only for locking and unlocking the gun.

  • Fuck yall. The Ak-47 is NOT a copy of the STG-44. Screw the looks, the mechanics inside are totally different.

It's like Mercedes and Lexus. They both have the same looks but they have different.. um... well.... SIMILAR mechanics but a lexus is somehow 2 times more expensive.

  • actually mate. it was a russian adaption. theres more to the similarities than you think

  • what simmilaritys do they have other than an intermediate round, and the gas tube set up?

  • well theres also the blow back principal of direct recoil into the shoulder. bot guns share that. basicly one has copied the design of another. its so obvious.

  • well the mp44 wasnt the first gun to use the blow back principal. so that isnt a viable answer, the internal componets are completely diffrent so you sir are mis informed.

  • The STG44 didn't use roller delayed blowback operation, it used a long stroke gas piston operation. The STG45 used the roller delayed blowback that is found in the G3 and MP5.

  • the AK-47 and the MP-44/STG-44 look almost alike. When I first saw this rifle on CoD I partially mistook it for an AK-47

  • How the %/$% could you mistake the MP44 like that?!?!

  • nazi-germany were over anybody with technology. ^^

  • still are

  • We did develop our own assault rifle. It was called the M14. The M14 was supposed to be a selective fire assault rifle to replace the M1 Garand. However, Generals at that time believed that the best round is a large 7.62 mm. Well on automatic/semi-automatic fire, it is not as accurate so we finally switched to the M16 that fired a small 5.56 that had less kick more accuracy and was not as heavy as the M14 or M1.

  • The M14 wasen't really an assault rifle. It fired a 7.62x51 which had nearly the same recoil and weight as a 30-06. The

M14 is classified as a battle rifle. They thought by adding full auto to the M14 that it could replace the role of a submachinegun, and light machine gun. The M14 had too much recoil and it was too long and heavy to be a SMG. The M14 was too light for the role of a light machine gun. The M16 was the US's first true assault rifle as it fired an intermediate round.

  • I know. 7.62mm has too much kick to be fired on fully auto. That is why I said that it was not accurate on full auto etc. Do you guys think we need to replace the M16? What do you think we should replace it with? Do we need a larger round?

  • see every 1 loves germany rusha even copyed the mp44 disin 4rom da ak47

  • no they did not...thats a common mistake made be these TV couch potatos. The ak 47 system is nothing like the sturmgewehr from the mag to the gas system to the receiver. The ak47 is its own design. just because it has a banana mag and high rise front sight (which the russians used first) does not mean its a copy.

  • what do u mean rifles and submachineguns cant beat auto rifles subs for close range rifles for long range

  • if hitler started to manufacture this gun, do u think the war would of changed

  • Rifles don't win wars.

  • they sure help

    ie. m1 garand

  • hitler started producting this rifle before war ended

  • German MP-44 RULES !!!

  • @Crazyneutron Man I swear if Guns doesnt cause crimes, it would be the best thing ever!!! Of course u would need to self defense too

  • looks like stg44 mp43

  • it IS. u just mentioned different names for it....

after hitler accepted this weapon, it was named sturmgewehr 44. before they called it mp44 (for maschinenpistole = submachine gun) to hide that it is a complete new weapon, because hitler didnt want to have more kinds of ammo produced. stg 44 uses a shortened karabiner98k round, 7.92mm.

  • hitler only had one talent and that was designing uniforms

as a german i can't say wow our uniforms looked so cool, because it reminds of this bastard (it would seem so perverse for me/ by the way: did you know that from 1944 he wanted that germany dies out?)

  • hitler also had another talent, conquering europe

  • wait! i found out that he just copied several elements of german uniforms- so he isn't talented at all

-because it wasn't he who was victorious in the beginning of the war.... later he thought he was invincible, so he kicked out his personal generals.... a few months later the soviets gained dominance (LOOL)

  • At 100m, how does the STG44's accuracy compare to the AKM or SKS?

  • I imagine the AK's and SKS's accuracy would be better because they are alot more refined designs.

  • some people say 500m, other just say 200m effective range.

cant tell as i unfortunately only shot this rifle in computer games

  • How many American soldier died, not just because of the M16 jamming... but because they werent properly taught how to take care of it.

  • The germans had the best army on that time, but with a crazy ass lider.

  • Germany rules Russia copyied this gun with the ak 47

  • No,this gun was already here before the AK.

  • i know

  • @gamealcohol the U.S. had the best military germany was just a ass kicker for the time of WW2 and i got to say its still the same now

  • @gamealcohol plus they where out numbered by like 50 allies to 1 german.

  • @gamealcohol dude i totaly agree,

  • @gamealcohol he wasnt sooo bad lider, he was no army comander, only politican ;)

  • cuz its ugly ???lmao

  • mp44 was good for it's time however ak47 is a great improvement over pretty much the same design so i say well done michael kalashnikov it's lighter and has a better round

  • michael kalashnikov copied the germans stg44! he just made it better. and named it ak47

  • yeah m43 has much better terminal ballistics than 7.92 kurz

  • i know this weapon was revolutionary for its time, but was it effective in combat?(ie accurate and reliable)

  • well, it was often the only reason German units made it through the day alive.

It gave huge firepower to the individual soldier, and probably made the war last a bit longer.

  • thanks.

  • yeah he did get his inspiration from the stg but look at how the m16 breaks down and how the stg breaks down-more similar to the m16 than ak

  • Criticizing the M16 because it took time to perfect? Foolish. The STG 44 also took time to perfect as well as the AK-47 keep that in mind.

  • They must have cut something out of this clip..cuz halfway through the narrator mentions "the curved barrel" (of course we all know the MP44 had a curved barrel option to shoot around corners..oi) but nobody had mentioned it prior...so..methinks something got cut.

  • germans just knows how to make things and make it well...

  • its also called stg44

  • hitler is an idiot he thinks it was ugly

  • It could have Been made Far earlier in the war in a Mass production instead it was hidden on the Eastern Front in low quantities. I promise you had they done things right with that weapon we'd have been in deep fucking shit.

  • yes but our AK47/AKM was on its way too :)

  • HA.. HAHA..HAHAHA

Oh thanks for making me laugh, that AK wouldn't have made it in anywhere near enough time had Hitler given the weapon the Ok. Russia would have fallen, D-Day would have been a massacre if there even was a D-Day.

Kalashnikov couldn't get it past the design board before 1945, so think about that and think about if the Mp44 had been massed produced

  • hitler had a gold version of this gun

  • I presume CoD4 told you that lol

  • nice...

  • It was made too late in the war to make a difference for the nazi's.

  • actually it was first made in 1943

  • Hitler prefers to use a knife.

  • why hitler don't want an assault rifle?? does he hate it

  • he didnt understand that war was changing and now they didnt need huge battalions armed wtih bolt action rifles, submachine guns and machine guns. war was now small versatile squads that needed a gun that combined all jobs. however hitler had fought in WW1 so he had a different understanding of war
