What do YOU have against the Constitutional process of legislation set down by the Founding Fathers. What Reid is says is it was OPEN to the public and NOT done secretly like the Republicans did with the so-called "Patriot Act" and CHENEY did with his secret meetings with the convicted criminals at ENRON.
