Asahi is Japanese, she lives in Japan, she made these videos about cherry blossoms because cherry blossoms are a symbol of Japan, because it praises spring and revival. IN the context of what happened in Japan recently, these videos are quite normal. Also, I think it's beautiful how she filmed them both outside so as to show that there is still so much hope for Japan.

It was a major thing that killed lots of people, people want to help and try to spread the word and compassion, I, for one, do not see anything wrong with that.
