not all rappers write about drugs and sex, if you pay attention to the lyrics in some artists such as ti and eminem in some of their songs they have a vey good meaning that helps people through life. Just look at metal/classic rock songs they talked about drugs and sex all the time and their lyrics, they just put it out in a different way. So there's really no difference between the 2 just how they're put out.
