My main gripe about the whole thing is how low Marvel sold itself for. I mean only $4 Billion? That is an extremely low amount for a juggernaut like Marvel. X-men Origins Wolverine made over $300 Million alone. $4 billion is nothing! As a sidenote to that: why sell at all period? Unless i missed something, Marvel wasn't exactly hurting for cash.
$300 million is to $4 billion as $300 is to $4000. there would have to be over 10 wolverine origins to make that much, so yeah, sounds like a good deal to me
Like I said that movie made that much ALONE. That's not taking into consideration all the other properties that marvel has or the highly anticipated movies that have and are coming out like Iron Man 2, Avengers, etc. Those movies (not to mention the comics) are worth more than 4 billion imo.

Because Marvel is not Disney's overproduced stuff, is a thing that doesn't sell on its own. House of M, Spidy got into Avengers so they thoguht killin The Cap but they brougth him back; It's a dangerous momment of transition for Marvel.
Saban's to Disney's PR proves Disney doesn't do a propper research of their products because they usually don't have to, so they are goint to destroy Marvel if A) they stick with this and ignore the past, B) they try to sell this the way they sell their stuff.

Marvel shows as of today are not as campy as WB's DC animated or as close in tone to the comicbooks as Uncanny X-Men, they fall something in between that hook kids, though Ben 10 is kind of a spreading neverending desease.
Esues aside please check sales for Spiderman Loves M J it doesn't sell neraly as well as Ages of Thunder or Reborn; why? because thats Marvel, superhero comics and graphic novels.You cant change that, is like 2 comes after 1 and if you try, well thanos will be pleased.

Also I don't have that much time as I ussed to but I watch Batman The Brave and The Bold whenever I can, its simple but original and as for the plot and artisticly one of the best animated series ever.
The problem I see with the others including Spectacular Spiderman BTW is that they focus around kids and let go the story so the plot becomes slow and unintriguing, yes they are teens but that doesn't make them 1 sided morones.

Regardless of what Disney does to itself, it still doesn't reflect on how it manages its companies. Marvel may not be the others, but is still a company that was bought out by Disney, and like those others, it has been stated that management will be hands off.
Disney isn't entirely made up of money-hungry suits. Those who create at Disney admire and respect those who create at Marvel, and it is those who carry the company through. That's why people like Eisner are gone.

I think this could be positive but I also think that it could destroy some of what marvel is all about too.
