  • Every time I go busking, I remember this classic!

  • Why have you shortened the film?

  • the best ever always the best ever forever n ever simple as

  • So odd seeing Laurel & Hardy in colour. Doesn't feel right.

  • Quite simply the funniest duo in the history of comedy. Love to see these classics and don't care whether they are colorized or not. Thank you for sharing

  • @hardhand14 here here

  • Not sure if this is a continuity error or not, but I found it interesting (just noticed it after years of watching this short film) that, when the boys first found the wallet, Ollie has it. Then, after the boys literally run into the cop, Stan has it all of the sudden. Of course, this could very well just have been part of the gag, and the joke would be on me if that is the case. :-) Stan and Ollie were BRILLIANT, so this certainly wouldn't surprise me. I just thought this was interesting. :-)

  • Love the colorization. Looks fantastic. If you don't like it, simply adjust your monitor to B/W. Just because one or two people do not care for the color do not have to ruin it for the rest of us. It is nice to have a choice.

  • how can dislike this its fucking /brilliant

  • What does Stan start to say at 13:05?

  • Saranno sempre nei nostri cuori.

  • Picture it… If colour was used back in the days when these skits were filmed, then people at the time would be impressed with the new technology and want to use it. But our day an age we are so used to B&W skits from the old days it adds to the atmosphere that makes them special to us in this day and age. If these skits were always in colour, then I'm sure none of you would still be wishing that they were filmed in B&W. Get over it.

  • hmmm this brings back memory's i always watched this with my grandpa and now he's dead :(

  • Glorious stuff - sure I prefer it in black and white but hey, these are the greatest ever. Thankyou very much for uploading this. Ollie's face as the snowball hits him...priceless.. And god bless Charlie Hall; best nemesis ever except for the mighty Jimmy Finlayson.

  • I hope can i watch them on Full HD 1080p :(

  • love it when they start hitting each other..

  • Thanxs for all the positive coments guys. its a pleasure sharing a smile! :)

  • It has to be changed in some way in order to post it you moron. I. E. a stupid music track running in the background, or subtitled , or the other option; ...... post a clip that's been, colourised !!! If you try to post and original, the copyright police pull the plug on the video. It's the closest youll get to the original......How Ironic!

  • The opening gag is a variation of one that Stan did in his 1923 solo silent film, "Kill Or Cure" [he tries pitching his "wonder cleaner" to a man standing in front of a sign that also says....]

  • @fromthesidelines Your Hardcore! :)

  • Stanlio and Olio for me. I love them!

  • Always funny to watch haha. Thx for the upload.

  • lol deaf and dumb institute

  • fat piece of turd has no shame appearing in front of humans

  • @mrlogicalman1 grr, just shut the fuck up

  • Why does it worry people that it has been colorised? Are they there to see the film, or is it more important to them to comment about the colour? The original is totally unaffected, they are still there, you can make the choice, or perhaps you do not want to allow choice? On these"leave it alone" principles we should let these films rot away, then they are gone forever. At least digitalisation saves the image, both in colour and B/W

Fortunately nobody forces watching films, it is a choice....

  • ignore him!

  • @eatmypies

I know, they cut that part out of this film.

Stanley also tried ordering a dimatas in a large cup.

  • so wonderful thanx thanx thanx

    tak tak tak

  • thanks but where was a big juicy steak smothered in onions

  • @eatmypies

This colorized version has about ten minutes "missing", aka cut out from the original. Sort of like cutting twenty or so pages out of a book. No sense to it!

  • @baxter5431 It makes sense because, yeah, the end is total non sequiter.

  • LOOL! the way he looks at the camera, brilliant.

  • Laurel and Hardy's best ever moment for me, magnificent comedy.
