@Annihilator1111 Yeah I thought it was weird when I saw that but then I realized that they are built there for that country, so china would build them for china, If you know what I mean. It would be way to expensive to ship them over here..

It's strange, though... The '09 CTS got a 4 star NHTSA rating, but a Top Safety Pick from the IIHS (2008). It doesn't make any sense, does it?
