  • Is it possible to do this to a completely stock civic EX? I want to get a turbo, but don't want to go through getting forged pistons and all that stuff.

  • omg dude that shit chirped nasty.. good work. im planning on getting a 98 coupe with a d16y8! any ideals on if i should go bost or should i tuned it on 75 wet shot. with bigger injectors and a cam???

  • @Rblanc89 I would do turbo instead if nitrousoxide. Turbo can be safe on stock internals, better gas milage, better performance, Nitrous will break the engine down because its corrosive and does not give as good performance.

  • is it my computer or is the vid quiet

  • Nice video man. That things sounds great. I loved the smile on your face when you turned around and looked at the camera after your run. I believe I would have a hard time wiping that smile off my face if I was driving that thing too. Thanks for sharing.

  • The map sensor picked up too much air flow from a injector o-ring leak

  • curious why did the cel light up during under boost, is't something w/ fuel system?

  • Yes it can be done

  • Can i do the same to a 98 LX?

  • It was a custom made t25 flange. Used a t3 down pipe by cutting the flange off and welding the t25 to it

  • It's all posted up. Chipped po6 with s300 hondata software. Partial throttle tune

  • No need for bigger injectors. Customer asked for a reliable build for the type of engine he had

  • I suggest bigger injectors man depending on what motor setup you got Id go with between 750cc and 1000cc

  • hey nice setup! .. i got a t25 turbo i wanna run on my b18 .. did you use a t3 to t25 adapter? how did it fit? did you run into any problems installing it with the adapter? i just need some info on it! thank!

  • yo just got a 98 civi ex coupe all stock. Im making money got some saved up need to know EVERYTHING i need to make my shit fast part names prices. Please help me out

  • That skirts main. keep on side (N) bay livin

  • i thought you were only supposed to put a turbo on si's? unless you did an engine swap, i love hondas but i dnt know shit for computers witch is a big part in a honda. :(

  • FUNN!!!

  • why didnt u get tha coup?

  • i have an ex coupe and this gets me so pumped up! thanks for posting it i'm getting an s100 tune with all the bolt ons turbo is down the road though i'll comment with what hp i get from that when i do it

  • nice civic man i love how u just spin the tires in 2nd gear lol

  • what did u do to the engine exactly bc i have a 94 4dr civic and im doin a t25 single cam turbo on a d16z6 motor setup wit maybe 8psi so i would like some feed back and some tips bc i cant wait to hook mine up lmk man great video man

  • I love how people like this call DSMs shit but then turn around and use their parts to make their cars "fast".... JUST SAYIN', my '95 TSi AWD has a T-too small..

  • yo... what map sensor u using on that setup? what would be the best one?

  • lol

  • Alright, I got a question. I know pretty much nothing about cars/engines but Im looking to buy a '02 Mitsubishi Mirage 1.5 with a T25 turbo in it with a Greddy blow off valve. Is this good and what else would I need to make it better? Im not looking to race or anything, I just want something a little more than a casual car.

  • nice car sounds fun make a nother video with da bov

  • Awsome setup man ! Dont mind the ignorance, Im just finishing a Z6 T25 setup and almost done. Almost identical to yours. Thanks for posting the video !

  • looks like a big crack on ur window?

  • You threw a CEL in second gear most likely when you went WOT and spun most of second whats wrong with that?

  • @95r81cx its a shift light, you can do that with Hondata, I think other tuning programs as well

  • You people are freakin retarded. To the guy that thought he had an sr20 swap, go watch the fast and the furious a few more times. To the owner of the car, your turbo is a GARRETT t25 if it came off of a JDM sr20, NOT A GREDDY. It should say Garrett right on the housing, unless its some crappy chinese knockoff or something.

  • @spleen4G63t hey do everyone a favor and go kill yourself.. Minor error. big deal. At least the job was completed..

  • @spleen4G63t Thank you sir for doing it so I did not have to. (BTW, I like your user name, lol).

  • that was beautiful

  • good attitude you have good work man

  • is that T25 from 93 Eclipse GT25BB.

  • @Shazee083 oh he said SR20 cool

  • Comment removed

  • @64255246 its the turbo that comes off the sr20DET.. Not the engine man..

  • is it worth buying a civic with like over 120,000 miles? I really want one and im on a budget so i was lookin online and most of them got high milege

  • @unbox2review

Dude that is a LOW mile civic lol

Im the 2nd owner of mine & i have 215,000 and stilll on stock D16 motor lol

yes they are worth it check craiglist u can usually find a lil supped up one for cheap

  • @Unbox2Review yes, i drive my honda hard 3ven though its got like 165k on it and it still runs strong. just gotta fix an oil leak

  • i got a 98 honda civic ex with 130,000 on it, want to do work to it, way i see it.... if u replace a lot of the stock parts especially pistons, rods , cams, its like u have a car that has 25,000 to it, see what i mean... jsut make sure the block has no cracks, shit like that

  • I may have missed it, but I am curious what type of engine management you are doing. Are you custom tuning everything or are you using some kind of piggyback to just control fuel and air? Looks darn fun!

  • Im using a pretty expensive tune but is the cleanest tune ever. its a hondata s300 tune. Part throttle

  • Sweet. I've heard a lot of good things about Hondata. Did you tune it on a dyno or did you make runs on a highway with a laptop hooked up?

  • got the retune done.. 195whp @ 6psi

  • hey have you ever thought about running open headers

  • naw I would need a bigger turbo to do that. I would lose back pressure with the size i have now

  • nice sound bro! great work on the car!

  • thanks. it took forever to get it all set up.. cant wait to see what numbers it puts down on the dyno next week
