its more of a woody sound. i was hoping more metallic but oh well. Guess Ill have to go for an electric-acoustic if I want that.
I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for an acoustic that looks and sounds great for under $400. I have played around with other guitars around the same price and nothing competes with it so far.
I bought new strings the other day and they are awesome. The guy at the store knew a lot about guitars. He suggested that I get the Martin Mediums (uncoated). He knew exactly what he was talking about because the guitar sounds 10x better than what it did.
oh definitely. Ive had so many people tell me its a beautiful guitar and sounds great. Then they freak when I told them how little it cost me =P. Even to this day its been a great guitar for me
yeah i believe you are right. But I think its played and seen more as a Foo fighters song. They play it often in their live shows. It was written when Nirvana was together so I consider it a Nirvana song, but many see it as a Foo Fighters song. Thank you for the comment!
Not really. Dave Grohl wrote this when he first started playing for Nirvana. He was too sfraid to reveal his music to Kurt. He eventually did, and Kurt liked it. So in essence, this is a DAVE GROHL/Foo Fighters song.
No, this was released under the Nirvana name, while Kurt was still alive. As a B-Side to Heart-Shaped Box. That was a NIRVANA release. It is, therefore, a NIRVANA song,
yep E, C#, B, and C =P. Then the chorus is G5, A5, E5, and Ab5. I think people play the chorus different from how I do, but those are the chords I play. Thanks for the comment! I should be posting "Times Like These acoustic" soon so just keep checking!
nah your recording sounds a lot better than mine. They are great chords, and singing is great with it. First song i learned to play and sing. Thanks for the comment and you keep it up too
so, yeah, this is my first video. Wanted to edit out some of the beginning of me playing the song on my computer, but oh well. This was back in October when I recorded this. My singing has gotten better since then due to choir class =P enjoy....
i have that guitar...it's pretty freakin beastly.

As far as I'm aware this is a Nirvana - not Foo Fighters - track. It was a b-side of Heart-Shaped Box
