  • sooo, what exactly does this do? That move irritates my sciatic due to herniated disc. How does this help?

  • @gr8rootbear I study mostly ancient ways of pain releif cause *no doctor could do shitola for me. This made immediate improvement to stability *for me.

    Stretching is what I would suggest first before we try things that cause pain.

    Pain is somewhat ok, yet, irritating it more isnt the goal.

    QiGong, Tai Chi Energy flow (breath work) etc.

    When i do QI or Tai Chi daily, im pretty solid.

    When i do not, the pain comes back.

    I did and its like, Ticklish to the touch, this is over sensitive in a way, this means its way outa wack. Touch yours, massage it lightly, does it tickle and feel Great? Then its well needed. *Most of my backpain im learning is connected to muscle issues. ALl muscles attach to bone some how. So, we must care for them also. I have cured alot of my constant pains. =-)

    Drink a lot of clean filtered water if you do not.

    Coffee, soda, drain water from the body, must be replaced immediatly basically.

    Soda drains protiens from the body, bad deal. Minerals do not work if the bodies protien levels are not proper. What we eat matters also when it comes to our backs.
