This is actually a great game, as mentioned before there is a depth to it, with various skills, items and ways to combine different demigods to find the perfect combo/ playstyle you like!
Yeah, i expect free hero's in the future, to have to pay for them would be outta the question... seeing how the game has like.. 14 maps... and like 5 game modes... and only 8 heroes and no story..
actually you are paying for the high end graphics and the ability to strategies. the game is revolutionary in the sense that it limits your growth thus making the choices you make mean impactful
I understand, but, it really needs more heroe's, more variety.... The game was incomplete when it was launched, thats a fact. They fixed the problems, thats a fact. They need more variety, Ya know, 40$ worth of variety.
This game is a lot less like DOTA than I expected. It looks dota-ish but with way more options and things to learn. And a LOT less heroes, unfortunately. 8 heroes isn't enough to make games vary enough. Hope more are coming, if they keep implementing new heroes I will very likely get this game.
you select a demigod.. either from the forces of light or darkness ... there are 8 alltogether.. each one have a different skill tree etc.. you destroy the other teams citadel.. and you could upgrade your troops etc.. but cannot control them.. you can also buy weapons .. and etc also you have to capture flags for desired buffs such as 20% more exp 15% more mana/health etc..
god i miss this game. i would re buy it, but the video card in my CPU is fried

i owned this game. but it got scratched and i cont play anymore. i remember right before it was ruined. they had added 2 new demigods

don't want to be rude, but this video is weak. if you don't play on hard or nightmare its pretty much super easy.

I believe they plan on releasing at least 2 heroes per month, it should be huge in no time. remember dota also started with only 8 or so heroes.

It will take time to add more Hero in their game.
Unlike DotA, they need to design the hero, create animation, skills, ...
And they have to test in order to check if the hero is well balanced compared to other.
