C’est vraiment dommage que de cet enregistrement personne songe à faire un DVD. La voix de Andreas qui est un chanteur exceptionnel est magnifique peut-être parce qu’il est un musicien en état de grâce et qui nous donne de l’ivresse ! Je suis subjuguée absolument !

I heard Andreas when he was still a very young but already brilliant singer and his huge talent was immediately obvious.

Now he is an accomplished star and to me he has lost nothing of his spell over me!

i first herd this peiece in a christmas gala concert , cairo opera house , sung by a very good alto since then i was haunted by it thanks for posting it here . as for andrea i have no enough words ..also for the conductor and orchestra.
