The federal government is derelict in its duty to secure the borders or arrest and fine employers for hiring illegal immigrants and evading legal wage pay, workers comp, etc....so all citizens should be penalized by having to carry around an ID card with a tracking chip in it.

The card would do nothing to stop illegal immigration, but would actually encourage it, by allowing for the immigration into the United States of carded illegals' families as well. If anything, illegal immigration, under such an amnesty program, will expand greatly - which is exactly what the progressives need to keep America locked.

The card would then be forced on American citizens.
