Unfortunately I don't really have the fundage to splash out on a new one at the moment, unless I find a REALLY good deal. When I go home again I'm going to try to fix it myself: Gonna try the old "solder reflow" and see if that helps. Would be nice just to get my GT5 out of the drive and backup all the stuff on there. Bastards at Uni also blocked PSN access so I can't borrow one either. Bleh :/

No the ghost is correct (18.95 with Harimau+). I knew I could beat the ghost from behind because the BoostBR+finish was quite slow from the ghost :)

Same story as Haydn, Andy, Erick and myself. Only thing you can do mate is to downgrade to a slim like everyone else has. Im just happy my PS3 YLOD back in June, gave me time to backup, restore my contents onto a new PS3 before GT5 came out. All remaining functioning CECHC02 PS3's are destined to fuck up in 2011. The VIP PSN GT5 chatroom is waiting for you Gareth so dont take too long mate, had some awesome online races with Xtriko and his younger bro earlier today;)

If you mess up a lap you can "void" it and get a new turbo by holding down L1 (default config) for 3 seconds. This is so that you don't have to spend every other lap saving your boost. Massive time saver.
