Bush he does attacks his policy since he our current president but he does cites our previous presidents problems as well. If you want to help the environment we should go with nuclear power which is cheaper and produces no air polution. However, mandates and incentives will drive prices up, increase taxes, and basically cause the market to suck just like they always do. Hey i agree with nuclear power but not as a major source of energy.  It may not create air pollution but what is left over after we have used the uranium or whatever for energy it is very harmful and horrible for the environment and nobody can figure out where to put it. Also, if we switched over to nuclear power the U.S. supply of uranium will run out in 30 years i think it is.
