I like your response.I've worked with many democrats that will not accept any & I mean any contradictions to their views, despite overwhelming evidence or reason. If faced with the truth or questioned about their reasoning they almost always avoid the topic & begin attacking the questioner. I see the difference between democrats & republicans...democratics almost always think from the emotional side, republicans almost always from the rational. It's like reasoning with children, u can't do it.

At the conference I saw the entire Watts presentation. We saw one temperature station after another on black roof tops, near the exhaust of air conditioners, on black top, near parked cars, near buildings, aircraft exhaust you name it. To Mr. Watts credit, he makes no claim as to the effect of all this. When he is through evaluating the condition of the system he will turn his attention to the net effects. One can surmise that there is certainly potential here.
