Players like roberto carlos and ilsinho (theres way more as well) have there in game positions set as like cdm, lb or rb in ilsihnos case. In packs if it says a gold pack they should give you only gold and if silver only silver the amount of times I have brought a hold pack and got silver players and consumables
Chemistry should be like the DNF if you quit your chem goes down as well also chem boosts for same league and team as we have now, the more games you play with players and win their stats go up which in turn allows you to sell them on for more coins ie: you put the hard work in and you get the rewards. Also you should be allowed to make kits say using templates by ea and then sell them on but only allowed so many to sell a week.
You should have a club captain card so whoever has it on gets increased chemistry and the players around him get a chemistry boost, also make contracts last for 50 games and in form managers :)
When you pull a player from a pack, they start at level 1 with slightly lower stats than normal, maximum of 5 chemistry, maximum of 50 morale. After 20 winning games, he goes up a level and his stats improve. He level up until he hits his "normal" stats. After this, if he plays A LOT of other matches, he can go up one more level, thus giving you a player who has developed beyond what he normally would. Obviously, lower level players would sell for less, and higher level would sell for more.

@IamStinge you can pretty much get a hundred chemistry with no players from the same league and country apart from a couple if you have all your players in the right formation and position with a manager, so no need to remove current chemistry..they should however add a team form thingy to rate your current teams form based on recent results which improves chemistry
they should allow you to make your own single player league with a huge bonus payout, they should let you create your player in UT or use your own virtual pro, position cards from LM to a CM or RM to CM or LW To CF etc, create your own customize formation, please get rid of fitness, contracts and healing cards lol
Add more leagues more players, gold, silver, bronze totw so the emphasis isn't so on one set maybe platinum cards might be an idea make it super hard or the other end of the scale a lower value than bronze 44 - 54 amatuer level grey maybe or green agree with chemistry idea as well :D
Something small to add on: add subs on the TOTW because it's helpful for those to see the rest of it and get some cheaper IFs aswell. I never go for huge squads. I mean I have 400k worth of teams but my best one is a Liga Portugesa squad. My others are squads like Nigeria, SPL, Npower L.2, silver Eredivise, and silver Denmark. I hate people with 5 star teams trying to always buy a Messi or Ronaldo. Try something better - something unique for once rather than overrated players! That is my opinion
get rid of the 5% tax, make packs cheaper or a more fair way of distributing good players through packs to people, chemistry should only be formation and position, fix the player impact engine, let us search players by last name on the search and lets us see what skill moves the player has on the market not just in game.

Packs could be a bit cheaper since most of the players aren't worth more than their quicksellprice. But I play a norwegian team with lots of 4 star skillers, really fun and since it's 3 1/2 star team I meet many different teams. Of course you can't remove the tax then the transfermarked would be even more broken.
Make the chem based on how long you play with the team, not based on team,nationality or legue. Then you will stop seeing the same teams all over again.
i agree with the chemistry thing to an extent but getting rid of it completely would destroy the challenge. maybe as you said building it up overtime or having it just related to positions and formation. there should be a more refined search, like searching by name or for rares and in forms specifically. being able to customise the tactics and formations of your team would be cool too. having also a direct card swap with other players option with the trading would be another cool feature.
like David villa hes a LW dey should put secondary positions go he is actually a ST in real life. and makihn positions cards like that would be dumb imagine droba in defense.

There should be more of a manager feel to it you can create your own formations and not sitck to a chosen few provided and injuries should be longer so you have to buy a replacement etc etc. There should be online leagues you can enter instead of just cup games etc and you should be able to do it with friends as well like head to head seasons more game modes
1. That all of your players in your whole club get rested during matches and not only the players in the active squad that are on the bench or in the reserves.
2. That you should be able to search for IF:s on the market.
3. Better Team of the Weeks. For example; this week Puyol and Busquets were in the team when a lot of players in their positions performed much better. What I mean is that i think that you should pick the TOTW more carefully.

You should at least have to get 1 85 rated player or above in gold premium packs and above. Also make searches better like plYers names. Put position cards for almost everywhere like cm to rm Lm to cm Cb to rb etc. Take contracts and fitness out and do the thing you said to do about chemistry. Don't put the informs discarding for 10k so some Are cheaper. Make more informs that aren't increased by just 1 overall. Lastly make packs a bit cheaper so people can actually afford players they want
Basically Ultimate team is too different from h2h and other game modes its like a new game, Every player can score the same goals. Bronze players scoring from 35 yards just like Ronaldo etc etc

When you pull a player from a pack, they start at level 1 with slightly lower stats than normal, maximum of 5 chemistry, maximum of 50 morale. After 20 winning games, he goes up a level and his stats improve. He level up until he hits his "normal" stats. After this, if he plays A LOT of other matches, he can go up one more level, thus giving you a player who has developed beyond what he normally would. Obviously, lower level players would sell for less, and higher level would sell for more.

@IamStinge you can pretty much get a hundred chemistry with no players from the same league and country apart from a couple if you have all your players in the right formation and position with a manager, so no need to remove current chemistry..they should however add a team form thingy to rate your current teams form based on recent results which improves chemistry

they should allow you to make your own single player league with a huge bonus payout, they should let you create your player in UT or use your own virtual pro, position cards from LM to a CM or RM to CM or LW To CF etc, create your own customize formation, please get rid of fitness, contracts and healing cards lol

Add more leagues more players, gold, silver, bronze totw so the emphasis isn't so on one set maybe platinum cards might be an idea make it super hard or the other end of the scale a lower value than bronze 44 - 54 amatuer level grey maybe or green agree with chemistry idea as well :D

Something small to add on: add subs on the TOTW because it's helpful for those to see the rest of it and get some cheaper IFs aswell. I never go for huge squads. I mean I have 400k worth of teams but my best one is a Liga Portugesa squad. My others are squads like Nigeria, SPL, Npower L.2, silver Eredivise, and silver Denmark. I hate people with 5 star teams trying to always buy a Messi or Ronaldo. Try something better - something unique for once rather than overrated players! That is my opinion

get rid of the 5% tax, make packs cheaper or a more fair way of distributing good players through packs to people, chemistry should only be formation and position, fix the player impact engine, let us search players by last name on the search and lets us see what skill moves the player has on the market not just in game.
not like EA are actually going to watch this video or read this comment though because they are lazy and greedy and wont fix anything in ultimate team we all ask for.

Packs could be a bit cheaper since most of the players aren't worth more than their quicksellprice. But I play a norwegian team with lots of 4 star skillers, really fun and since it's 3 1/2 star team I meet many different teams. Of course you can't remove the tax then the transfermarked would be even more broken.

Make the chem based on how long you play with the team, not based on team,nationality or legue. Then you will stop seeing the same teams all over again.

i agree with the chemistry thing to an extent but getting rid of it completely would destroy the challenge. maybe as you said building it up overtime or having it just related to positions and formation. there should be a more refined search, like searching by name or for rares and in forms specifically. being able to customise the tactics and formations of your team would be cool too. having also a direct card swap with other players option with the trading would be another cool feature.

There should be more of a manager feel to it you can create your own formations and not sitck to a chosen few provided and injuries should be longer so you have to buy a replacement etc etc. There should be online leagues you can enter instead of just cup games etc and you should be able to do it with friends as well like head to head seasons more game modes

1. That all of your players in your whole club get rested during matches and not only the players in the active squad that are on the bench or in the reserves.
2. That you should be able to search for IF:s on the market.
3. Better Team of the Weeks. For example; this week Puyol and Busquets were in the team when a lot of players in their positions performed much better. What I mean is that i think that you should pick the TOTW more carefully.
(Don't think you should change the Chem).

Afew Ideas :
-An ex link chemistry, meaning if they use to play at the same together they get chemistry even if there not from the same team or nationality
-A squad contract instead of buying single contracts for each player
-Easier to search for formation + position + manager formation cards have the desired ones you would like to choose
-An option where you can choose if you want to search for inform players
-Manager of the week/month; Get an inform manager which gives bonus chem to your team

Better search criteria. Improved economey so every damn 88+ rated players are over 200k. So thats means more big players in GOld premium packs!! If alot of people where to get Rooney, Aguero, Ronaldo, Messi, Ibrahimovic in packs everything will be so much CHEAPER!!!!! MAKR PACKS BETTER!!!!

1) in forms should not automatically be at least 9500 coins buy now, some players suck and noone wants them
2) Gradually raising chemistry like killhollywood said
3) No bronze, silver, and gold cards, that allows for people that are 64 or 74 to go for normal prices
4) Name search for a player
5) More accurate card stats (Lescott has 82 defending when neither his standing or sliding tackles go over 80, even though he is strong and aggressive, that doesnt make a person a good defender necessarily)

EA seller so EA sells every player at one price so players can't get price locked and you can't have over priced players like you can search for anything and EA will have it then you can but it off them 4 a set amount like buy a contract off the Market via bid for 300coibs or get 1 from EA buy now 350. This could mean you could play FUT offline because if you need contracts you could get it from EA. That brasilver RM 150k, it's stupid ffs

It's complicated... Ultimate Team is a very reliable mode where you just play matches for coins and buy players with them, but also I have been very bored with it this year once I reached roughly the the team I wanted. I feel it needs some sort of new idea... but not sure what that would be :L

You should at least have to get 1 85 rated player or above in gold premium packs and above. Also make searches better like plYers names. Put position cards for almost everywhere like cm to rm Lm to cm Cb to rb etc. Take contracts and fitness out and do the thing you said to do about chemistry. Don't put the informs discarding for 10k so some Are cheaper. Make more informs that aren't increased by just 1 overall. Lastly make packs a bit cheaper so people can actually afford players they want
