  • I agree. Kids nowadays focus way to much on their supplements than their actual dieting and training. Supplements wont get you big kid, Its what you eat. Proper nutrition and proper weight lifting. Thats all you need. Whey protein is really all you need. Maybe a pre-workout. But dont waste your money on other supps. For your size i would recommend some creatine or a decent weight gainer. OR JUST EAT LIKE A HORSE. AND LIFT LIKE A FREAK. and I would really like to know what your diet is like also.

  • why do people think a shit load of suppliments is the holy grail of body building dont get drawn in by it all, you only need to take a good all in 1 mass gainer and creatine thats it, if your like me skinny you need a high calorie one i take serious mass your looking at 1600 calories 65 protein and 260g carbs including milk so you could half the serving and still gain mass that bag would last 2 whole weeks if you take 2 serving daily 1600 cals, at the cost of £38/$60 prob cost less over US

I used to take only whey protein and it helped me a lot with muscle recovery..... I see there casein and a lot other stuff. I am rookie but i think that a powder brings another powder..... Muntzer's commen is idiotic "supplement's don't make muscles get to the gym." Well, supplementss add endurance; more endurance = more intense workouts; more intense workouts = greater absorpsion of macronutrients (there you improve the utilization of your supplements). Correction: REST make muscles after intense workouts.

As far as going to GNC, I don't buy those products but I've had excellent results with the supplements I use. I don't necessarily use the same Rob uses but, my point had to do more with the mean comments than with the supplements he reviews. BTW, I'm not a pussy with small muscles nor penis. Should you try it you couldn't seat for a week!

Energy is the result of a nutrition dense diet and for some people like me, who don't have all day, they are a great time effective tools. However, the point of my comment is not to defend the use of supplements but to critic the meanness with which some guys treat this guy Rob which, I consider uncalled for. That's it!

Really if you wanting to watch your figure while your bulking your never going to gain.. You will gain fat while bulking...but the fats that are in that protein are good fats

  • @1975siralex Animal Pak is for more of serious body builder...it is more pricey and you get less servings, but it is better. Opti-men is great for your regular gym rat who wants to build muscle...but I wouldn't recommend it for someone who wants to compete.
