@1975siralex Animal Pak is for more of serious body builder...it is more pricey and you get less servings, but it is better. Opti-men is great for your regular gym rat who wants to build muscle...but I wouldn't recommend it for someone who wants to compete.

There is no need for all the crap i wouldnt know if am coming or going, creatine caps 700mg 2 before gym 2 after, a good mass gainer i use USN HyperBolic Mass 1 before gym 1 after, Calories 1113 protein 50g, Carbohydrates: 220g with water one of the best scientific mass gainers made for advanced muscle growth, and a multi vitamin a day, and just eat what you like through the day aslong as its balanced and health, there you go works if you skinny like me and have a high motabolism :)

Well first off when you talked about the muscle milk and it's fat you were wrong. The fat in the shake is actually food fat, and it will help with recovery alone with many other things.. Really if you wanting to watch your figure while your bulking your never going to gain.. You will gain fat while bulking...but the fats that are in that protein are good fats

@1975siralex Animal Pak is for more of serious body builder...it is more pricey and you get less servings, but it is better. Opti-men is great for your regular gym rat who wants to build muscle...but I wouldn't recommend it for someone who wants to compete.
