  • do you need cable or something to connect the wii mote to pc

  • no just a bluetooth

  • no not jusy blutooth you have to get a compatible blutooh adapter qwith the correct stack/driver

  • How do you get this working? i have glovepie and wiinremote but i cant get the wiimote to connect with the pc properly, i hold 1+2 on remote and pair my pc with it but the 4 lights just carry on flashing (they supposed to stay solid once connected i think)

  • Yes, this is my problem too.... the 4 LED just keeps flashing non stop... and the GlovePIE just won't detect anything... =(

  • I figured it out some time ago, u gotta download bluesoleil and use that to control your bluetooth devices, the standard bluetooth driver in windows doesnt work properly.

use torrent or somethin to get the full version of bluesoleil

  • When I first saw the candle, I thought he was having a romantic candle-lit dinner with his laptop. ;-)

  • its freaking windtendo wiista

  • i thought the same thing wiista o.0

  • Vista is a fag for me it never FUCKING WORKS!!! I HATE IT!!!!

  • hey assholes! try the candle things, sensor bar reads LIGHT, nothing else thats what keeps it on, so the candle trick worlks perfectly, try it, put ur candles and go to wii settings, sensonr bar and see for yourself, instead of two lights you will see 4, which are the candl;es

  • Wiista!

  • Windows Wiista ^^

  • veesta?!

  • No, Windows Viista LOL

  • Wiista!

  • What script do u use for the glovePIE application

  • its fake how kud you use a candle as a sensor bar

  • Because the candle emits IR, which goes to the Wiimote, and then to the computer.

  • Windows "Veesta"? :P

  • Windows ViiSta lol

  • vii is the chinese ripoff of wii look it up lol

  • I guess he's a Spanish speaker or something? I'm a Spanish student and it took me a while for me to stop pronouncing it that way.

  • Any chance you could not JUST play flash games to show the wiimote off? How about doing some general windows stuff.....surfing the net, browsing folders/galleries etc?

  • steve, u suck at games

  • i have the same setup: vista + kensington bluetooth adapter + glovepie 0.29 + wiimote

i set up the adapter using the new WIDCOMM 6 drivers provided by ANYCOM.

i tried running glovepie testwiimote script after running the bluetooth wizard as well as during.

i still can't get glovepie to acknowledge my wiimote.

    any ideas?

  • perhaps maybe a step-by-step explanation? :)

  • Use the kensington bluetooth drivers,

  • They install and everything, and can see the remote and 'connect'. But as soon as the wizard finishes the green in the bluetooth icon disappears and the Wiimote is not visible in My Bluetooth Places.

  • Try opening and running glovepie while the wizard is open. Once glovepie reads the remote then you should be able to close the wizard, and the remote should stay connected.

  • I have the sam question as Danrarbc. I can't figure out which software to use for vista bluesoleil crashes vista with a BSOD

  • How'd you get this going on Vista? None of my Bluetooth drivers seem to like Vista.

  • Hahaha mama took it! Bitches

  • great a candle as a IR sensor.... riiiight...

  • lol i replied too soon, tried it myself and it truly works :D the sensor is in the remote and not the bar

1 question though what software did you use? my software kinda works but not very accurate

  • awesome video!

  • I would slap your brother if I were you.
