  • I wish somebody can help me or take it away. I feel as if my mind is set in another world.... Other than reality. Then I think about the bad If done in the best, My apperence.... the other person im talking too's apperence. Then I feel as If i will die.

  • @scroll213 Panic anxiaty dissorder, i have had that to =) You can get over it by cognetive therapy. Or by yourself like me, its not impossible, you just have to know that its not real and you wont die, and there is nothing dangerous.

  • my anxiety symptoms are that i have go use the bathroom more than 5 times and if i don't use it i feel like i have to throw up and i feel like panicking this happened every time i get nervous like if i have a doctors appointment or a job interview and sometimes i don't go to them because of that does happened to any one else

  • I don't see our way of functioning as a "disorder." It's your body's way of telling you that you need to be more affective with adapting to your environment. Employment at your job sucks, you're on a dead end road... snag another J and give those suckers the tall man. Being mistreated? Get OUT! No one understands?   • From where I am standing, the vast majority of the people I pass on the sidewalk don't seem to suffer from such intense mental/physical displacements. Sure, everybody at some point or another will experience stress in their lives; but what WE are feeling is something different. Sometimes the feelings got so bad, I wasn't sure I was human. Standing on the sidelines watching everyone else in the world function "normally" only makde it worse for me. I have MASTERED the pain. It is VERY possible.

  • Sometimes I have days where I get happy, sad, and stressed. I think this is the cause of me being overworked cuz I am always agitated at work and at home because ppl annoy me. I smoke weed to make me feel better over the weekend and I become a happy person when I smoke. Then when I stop and I go back to work the stress comes back. I have been prescribed Adderal because I have ADHD and It combats the stress from over work.

  • it is horrible, when you awake in the morning with that anixiety pain in your chest, symtoms,terrified,petrified,dr­opping a needle on the floor sounds like a scaffold pole hiting the deck, then you end up like the cat off tom and jerry clinging to the ceiling in pannick, I need help, I feel that everything is going to break, I have to go through it tomorrow, same thing again

  • I just makes me feel good to know im not the only one out there with anxiety i just wish it didn't even exist. I had it super bad to the point where i would get about two to three panic attacks per day. It was so scary i would cry but 8 months later and i've done so much progressing with my disorder! :D

  • if you attempt to shoot urself in the head and fail, by accident. Your organism becomes so motivated. You can do anything after that point. alot of people look up stress, when they meen to look up depression. Just saying.

  • @suproluke Yes everything feels like a dream, and also time feels shattered. Yesterday is now. Tomorrow is now. However, I am very fascinated by it and don't feel so uptight by the many challenges life has because of it. Redefining reality and letting go all fears makes every second a blissful eternity.

  • @suproluke So Can my aniexty cause me to wake up and feel like the dream was real but wat I am doin is not? Make me pop and pee alot and make my hearrt beat very fast? I only seem to be ok if i am doing something and not thinking of my symptoms, i feel like ima have a heart attack alot of the time. Makes me very sick to where i cant get out of bed. I have been to the doctor many many times..

  • OCD can never TOTALLY be cured, because you may still repeat some rituals when you are not paying attention, or when something stressful happens in your life. However you can get through it. Its a long, painfully confusing process that make you feel like you don't want to live anymore. You have to keep resisting those urges, fight them like a warrior.   • i feel uncomfortable feelings in the right side of my chest would that be anxiety.i get moist hands sometimes but i smoke marijuana and wen i do the feeling in the right side of my chest worsens. its not pain but an awkwardness.i have been smoking marijuana for three years and i was normal the first two years no feelings whatsoever what could this be some one get back to me much appreciated.

  • Smoking marijuana typically worsens anxiety symptoms since it increases heart rate. If smoking makes the feeling in your side worse, it's likely that the feeling in your side is physical tension caused by anxiety. If you want to be absolutely certain, get a full medical checkup. If the MD tells you nothing is wrong, it's anxiety.

  • Temporary stress or even stress that appears within periods is not meant to be "stress disorder". No matter what the symptoms are, you can't refer stress to only physical characteristics, because it is a mental mostly phenomenon and that's why psychologists can also cope with it (else, only psychiatrists with medicine could help you out). First, you need to realize that you are feeling anxious/nervous and then learn creative ways of flowing this energy out. Cool drinks also help ;)

  • The only symptoms I get from "Anxiety" and stress, (still getting used to the fact that it's Anxiety, & not a health problem) are all physical. Chest tightness, breathing difficulties...etc. It's hard to think that all these symptoms are "in your head"

  • I've been suffering from anxiety disorder and doctors say it's the adrenaline rushing through the system, tensing up your muscles for a flight response but there's no actual risk so your feet or hands tingle an go numb. It's a bitch! Just take a few minutes to let it pass.=)
