Why is it I always imagine Cage as some sort of evil villian when I hear his voice? It's that sort of Vincent Price creepynees that seems to loom over the way he talks XD

Agreed. what exactly is FAKE music? I fine example would be Free Jazz. To me there is nothing more annoying and offensive than the incessant honking and shrill shriaking of a constantly overblown saxaphone. but it could be that I just can't "hear" what they do. It took me weeks of continuous listening to Bartok before it sounded anything like noise to me, but eventually I "broke through" so to speak, and I'm glad I did.

I dont think there is 'fake' music. But calling this music 'real' implys that there is music that isnt real.

I didnt watch yet all, but I like 'it' here. I may only say that, as you dont believe, might be existing as well somewhere in the univers the opposite of "real music", like matter and anti-matter. But what would be if the so called "real" has a such "fake", but the "fake" dies at the contact with "real", like the battle between good and bad... :). I think as long as art is a part of our current, daily life, there will be always so many ideas as many people on earth.
