The war basically broke out because the Germans we're reclaiming rightful land in the Poland territory that was captured back by the Polish in World War 1, they wanted their land back so they attacked Poland successfully then everyone turned against Germany for that, most of you DON'T GET Germany never wanted a war with the west ( The British & Americans ) If he didn't separate his troops Nazi Germany would have won.
