if you are training a schutzhund dog, should you stick with jute in training or can you use french linen and the dog will still bite jute. I have a linen sleeve and am making an order for more equipment. Wondering if I shouldnt get at least 1 jute material tug. Thanks
@Hudson2012 No matter what the dog is being trained for, whether it's Schutzhund, Mondioring, etc., we want the dog to be comfortable biting all materials - leather, jute, linen, rubber, etc. We actually have a great video on preventing equipment bias - youtu[dot]be/UnT2-tSQOzE Substitute the [dot] for a . @leerburg thanks very much I am glad I asked about it I was about to order all linen!!! Ahh! lol I'll make sure I get some leather, rubber, jute and linen, as well as use rubber balls too so she doesnt get stuck on tennis balls! Thanks
