Are you like, a really little guy? 'Cause most Japanese I've ever seen are definitely on the leaner and shorter side. I guess since I'm around 6' and 190 (very solid, thank you) pounds, that fellow wouldn't freak me out too much. Unless he had a weapon. That might be disturbing.
No, I'm a good size; about 5'10.5ish and 185 lbs, also rather solid. The problem is I'm a foreigner, he's a mentally handicapped Japanese, so if I had to defend myself and he was hurt, it would look REALLY bad, no matter that it might be self-defense...

That reminds me of this crazy man in Tokyo. I was eating a MOS burger and then this weird guy sat next to me and stared at me for a long time ..and then he started mumbling to himself and I heard the words foreigner, death, evil, die , kill and I got totally freaked out .. and then 2 minutes later he threw all his food away and left .. and when we left I was afraid he would be standing outside ready to stab me with a knife or somethin
All this craziness occurred the week of Nov. 9th? Makes sense if that's the case - it was the week of the full moon. Anytime strange things happen or you encounter strange behavior, check the calendar to see if the moon cycle is a new moon or a full moon. Trust me on this. All the weirdness happens on the moon cycle. It's the truth.
It is a shame about the mental health system in Japan. Most countries have great support for people that are mentally challenged and their family. In Japan it seems that the families have a difficult time raising and caring for their disabled children. Such a shame.
And of course be careful.

That stuff is real and can happen any day of the week.
I was actually eating lunch at my fav korean place in Akiba when that happened.
I would so buy Special K yogurt flavored milk! Loving the vids keep it up. I know the special K must have been expensive and in japan the boxes are sooo small :( じゃね～
