yes, my adductors are about 30% stronger aka (muscle endurance imbalance), therefore my internal rotation of my femur becomes more apparent because the fatigue factor of my glute medius and glute max fatigues and the psoas over-rides, therefore incresed internal rotation of the femur aka (what you have observed). I am working on this.
@panterock Your knees will be ok caving in concentrically. There are many lifters who have their knees cave in while concentrically lifting. It's in the ECCENTRIC where caving in causes problems.
