I have had sleep paralysis, you never get used to it. I have supposedly hallucinated as they call it and I have seen the fuzzy images that might be aliens. It really is very strange and still concerns as welll as confuses me. Im not sure what goes on during these little incidents, but it has happened 3 times in my life, every time I have been extremely exhausted to delirium, I have been alone at my house, and it all happened within a few month. no problems 2 years running... on explanation, nada

The worst nightmare I ever had in my life concerned a UFO. All I remember is that it was chasing me in a public park. It got closer and closer and closer...and the next thing I remember was waking up. I sometimes think that this dream was more than just that, but I don't believe in flying saucers and space aliens. I had laid down not 30 seconds beforehand after saying bye to my brother and going to his bed instead of the floor. I closed my eyes and the room got darker like someone was standing over me. I acted like I was sleeping and all of a sudden I was paralyzed. I tried to say wtf and I could barely even make audible noise let alone speak. My ears were ringing. I thought it was demons for a while
I've actually had a waking dream where I was aware I was paralyzed which scared me. I thought what I was seeing was real, it was day time sun was shining. Suddenly, someone, thought it was my younger brother enter the room, and he was coming closer. I couldn't move or talk. With all my might finally I let out a loud scream, and woke up. It was dark night time. And the scream with no echo, cuz i never actually screamed. They feel terrifying. Only thing I didn't have dreams about aliens.

I could tell there was someone or something in the room but I could not scream for help or move even a finger. I have personally experienced the paralysis on several occasions when I was younger. You become completely conscious but unable to move. A really loud roar like stereo static. I thought it was an OOBE onset, but that has only happened a couple of times. I empathize with the paralysis part, but find it interesting that it is present in an abduction.

I'm very aware not all can be explained by sleep paralysis. I do believe that about 50% of the one's I have heard on YouTube though are classic undoubtable sleep paralysis, down to them even feeling the typical "pressure" on their chests.

I've had sleep paralysis. I tink it's inhereted because some others in family have had. I think that the vast majority of "abductions" by aliens are simply waking dreams (sleep paralysis). The gaps are filled in by the mind - that's no surprise. The fear is incredible and all sorts of imaginings come to life. It's natural. In the past they probably would have seen demons or monsters or minotaurs or who knows?? There might be a tiny minority of people who've had real experiences, though.
you should really look into sleep paralysis because the hallucination part only happens to appriximatley 5% of the american populatiion and the hallucinations usually only last five to ten seconds. which doesnt explain why abductees report hours of missing time

I could tell there was someone or something in the room but I could not scream for help or move even a finger. I just started praying to Jesus in my mind and whatever it was left in a hurry and suddenly I could move again. And I'm black. And I don't smoke no oowee or drink. This thing is real. It happens to so many people I know. My younger sister and mom.

I have personally experienced the paralysis on several occasions when I was younger. You become completely conscious but unable to move. A really loud roar like stereo static. I thought it was an OOBE onset, but that has only happened a couple of times. I empathize with the paralysis part, but find it interesting that it is present in an abduction.

I'm very aware not all can be explained by sleep paralysis. I do believe that about 50% of the one's I have heard on YouTube though are classic undoubtable sleep paralysis, down to them even feeling the typical "pressure" on their chests.
I do believe abductions are a real phenomena, but that SP can explain a lot of "claimed" abductions, but not many people are aware of it so they go to this extreme as a way to explain it.

I have suffered from hallucinatory sleep paralysis my whole life. This does not happen.
The thing is, there is parallelism involved between alien abductions and cut-off REM episodes due to the paralysis involved. Therefore, many people mistake sleep paralysis episodes for alien abduction episodes. They are vastly contrastive as well.

I've had sleep paralysis. I tink it's inhereted because some others in family have had. I think that the vast majority of "abductions" by aliens are simply waking dreams (sleep paralysis). The gaps are filled in by the mind - that's no surprise. The fear is incredible and all sorts of imaginings come to life. It's natural. In the past they probably would have seen demons or monsters or minotaurs or who knows?? There might be a tiny minority of people who've had real experiences, though.

It ís sleepparalysis. No doubt about it. Except, that doesn't exclude things. Still Sleepparalysis is in investigation by science. Noboddy can tell for sertain what's happening in that condition. a black out ot the brains, or does this 'blackout' end in a out of boddy expiriance? Can the boddy let go of the mind? Science already can make people expiriancing 'presences'' behind them, by putting electromagnetic beams, on certain parts of the brains.

i've had sleep paralysis several times and it's got nothing to do with abductions. besides, the vast majority of abductions occur when the the person is wide awake and not even in bed, a lot of them happen when the person is driving.
