@Richmondhardge and what can you only toss that buig 8 pound rifle once? The lighter the better.... And if you are in ROTC yes those are aroung 8, 9 pounds but you can't do what he did with them can you?? NO. And I know that one for a fact because I spin both. =)

whe you are doing your drop spins, into your stutters as we call them in the cavaliers just make sure that it is a complete motion. Dont stop your wrist bring your arm up if you have too cause it looks sloppy if not

hmm...not that bad...but your free hands...kinda scary. when you tossed your hand did what my guard calls a dinosaur arm, where you keep it really close to your cheast. watch those free hands!!! nice 6...those are bloody hard..though it was a bit too high. overall not too bad. work on stronger catches. nice job.

Sure when you do your toss right away spin them flag not slow and a double should spin right about your head level... not 46 feet above your head lol

Besides, most guards number their spins by musical counts, not number of spins, per say. A quad is airborne for one measure in 4/4.

The guy in the video didn't say anything about military style colorguard. AND YES spinning a M14 is harder and the reason why we spin this "fake" rifle is because dancing and running around with a fucking m14 is NUTS. And it's still very hardcore with what we are able to do with this "piece of white wood". YOU should try what we do before you judge. because we already know what you do is pretty hard, so we're not gonna diss you. We're performers, not militants.
