  • i think i'm inlove with spiderman becuase one night i had a dream that i was spider girl i want number 3 we got blue ray the one time it got all etchy on me i was SO MAAAAAAAAAAAAAD

  • I fucking loved this movie when I am was and still fucking do

  • at 1:59 i can imagine a spider climbing up a wall and at 2:40 i can imagine the thoughts of fear with the sounds from the soundtrack

  • horns,strings,guitar,and bongos

  • i like how he learned responsibility through pain and loss

  • these annotations are brilliant

  • -Parker, you know my favourite brand of rice?

    -No, what?

    -Uncle Ben's

    1:31

    AAAAAWWWW YYYYEEEEAAAAA

  • always makes me cry

  • the first one is always the best!

  • I like it.

  • "Flint Marko" Never "Killed" or "touched" Uncle Ben in the comics. Uncle Ben died one-way and that was: By the burgular. That was in the comics- so that's acerate.

  • this is so awesome

  • the music goes perfectly with spidermans first swing.

  • A hero is born! That's everything I think while listening to this! Danny Elfman rules, thanks for putting this up~

  • Who has killed Uncle Ben? I think self Sandman is it true?

  • The exact moment at 1:58 where he starts climbing the wall.... I don't know why, but it makes gives me an adrenaline rush every time I see it!

If we're gonna get philosophical: It feels like it's the moment where he goes from a regular guy to a "monster". Just seconds ago it's just an angry kid running in a back-alley, but then suddenly he jumps to a wall and you realize he is not human. Maybe a bit cheezy, but it's so nicely done! I love the percussion section there at 1:58 .

  • the first spider-man is the best 1

  • Comic book movies are the best you got Spider-man 1 and 2, iron man, the dark knight. all amazing :)

  • Goosebumps the whole time = perfection

  • This scene is.... amazing.....

  • 2:38 to 2:50, the rhythm is Peter's heart beating while thinking, "OK, I messed up the first swing. I'm gonna try again but this time, it's for my uncle."

  • I think at 1:54, the strings actually makes you feel how angry peter is. Am i right? the strings are strong and fast. :P

  • horn spasms are for his adreniline rushes

  • then voices for his exitement in finding the killer

  • @mrlycanmaster9

I thought the choir came in to represent him discovering how to "fly" - as in swing on webs without smacking headfirst into buildings. :-P

  • percussion for his anger and frustration for not being able to find killer

  • really hope the 'new' spiderman would b good or even better than this one, coz i actually love Sam Raimi's version n im a big fan of spiderman

  • Music was a score...! From 1:45 and on, all predator music was direct hit. If I was in his place, I'd go berserk just as the music indicates

There are few comics about spider-man becoming the animalist himself. Just a spider. That's how I picture it xD predator

  • 1:58 reminds me of the graphics in the Orlando ride lol

  • i can jam out to this all day!!!!!!!!!

  • first time seeing this was spine chilling

  • Thank you so much for the annotations at the beginning. For GCSE Music I do a similar sort of thing, and you have helped me =D

  • @Bureizu7 cool, glad it helped! (what's GCSE Music?)

  • @JustTheScore GCSEs are the equivalent of a highschool diploma in England.

  • @JustTheScore GCSE Exams. The music exam.

  • @JustTheScore GCSEs is the testing in britain that people do for university

  • goosbump mannnn

  • @MrAlexandreJuby I know, right?! Elfman is so awesome!

  • @JustTheScore Awesome dude but you must set the soundtrack to play speed 1.1 not 1.0 to make it sound exactly like the one used in the movie.

  • @pcgamerz2010 That happens sometimes in movies. The composer writes a score for a scene, but later they end up cutting things out (or otherwise changes the scene) So, because the composer doesn't always like rewriting scores over and over, the editor will sometimes speed up the music when necessary. I HATE that in a film, because it's very noticeable when the instruments are playing out of their range.

  • @JustTheScore ok thx. the video is so awesome without sfx. well done

  • thanks so much for bringing back childhood memories

  • @Charizard321 Lol, I used to listen to this track in the soundtrack, and I'd act out the scene too! Although, I didn't have a spidey outfit, lol

  • this was my favorite scene(the music)as a little kid and i wore a spider-man outfit and acted like spider-man to this scene, replaying it so many times i remember it to this day

  • This motivates me. :)

  • I like your annotations. I never knew so much thought goes into a piece.

  • These annotations are making me "horn"y.

  • hey men where do you get the music of the movie, i mean like the music of your video

  • what he does is he buys the soundtrack and puts the music on movie maker. Simple as that

  • mmmmm... ok thanks men :)

  • actually, yes, I buy the soundtrack. Then, I get the clip from youtube, and I use iMovie to sync the music with the scene.

  • ok thanks men :)

  • how do you get the clip from youtube? I've always been trying to do that but never knew how.

  • Danny Elfman left Spidey on the second movie? So THAT's why the other two themes aren't this epic...

  • Beautiful how the music swings with spiderman, Danny Elfman did a great job. Why didn't he do the third movie?

    I really like your annotations

  • Danny Elfman left Spider-Man halfway through the second movie. Sam Rami (director) asked Elfman to redo some of the score he produced for the second movie, and Elfman said no. Rami said he wanted a certain score to sound more like Chris Young's score for Hellraiser, and Elfman said, "Then f***ing hire Chris Young." and he quit. So, Rami hired Chris Young to finish Spider-Man 2, and to score 3.

It's too bad, because Elfman's rejected score for the train scene in Spidey 2 was amazing.

  • fo realzzz dawg?

  • verry pulsing soundtrack..sounds a little bit like elfmans main title for planet of the apes.
