the human body can be trained to do incredible things but only a very very few actually get though it without seriously injury to the body in the long run..

ps. only 5 hours every day?! have you even tried training hard 3 ours every day?! it is a extreme stress to put the body on..

5 hours intense training a day is a LOT.
