I have that Fantomas album. I don't know if I would call it metal but it is interesting. Best of the decade? To each his own. There are some interesting sounds on it, though.

This decade really showed how little good music there is to find out there.

In Denmark, the greatest album of the decade was back from 2001 (Malk De Koijn - Sneglzilla) and that just shows how little great stuff there was made.

Yes Ween! White Pepper is their best album of the decade if you ask me, but Quebec is still damn good.
