Also self control! you need it nearly half of americans are over weight. You don't need to be muscular if you don't want, but you need to not be a little overweight.

@fgh899 because like a pig doesnt sweat out toxins... so u eat it all. thats why thousands of years ago, b4 people knew, God knew how they held toxins and were un healthy
