You sir are an idiot. With Acog'd M40 there is a glitch that makes it do 75 dmg instead of the regular 70. And with stopping power that is 102 dmg to ANY part of the body. Even a toe. Try it out if you don't believe me. Without stopping power it does like 98 or 97.
