  • Thx a bunch for this video. I really found some good deals for my oils and other products.

  • Hi Nina I love your videos , your hair looks beautiful. I want to try the cocoanut oil deep conditioners, how do you do them after wearing the braid out, since your hair has product on it, should I co wash or clarify first please help. Thank you for being SO down to earth and sharing your beauty secrets, I hope you keep making videos!

  • how much aloe vera juice do you add to the Dr. Bronner's original soap?

  • Please tell me what your hair regiman is.

  • Do you refrigerate your Aloe Vera Juice after opening it? I have the exact one that you bought. Haven't opened it yet, but I will soon.

  • @jeje1718 ~ Yes you do. It only last about a week or a little more (few days) once opened. It can last about year unopened.

  • Hi Nina and thank u for sharing because there are some people with videos that actually will not share their products because they don't want to "promote products without getting paid". That's so stupid, what's the purpose of posting a vid. Just wanted to let u know u are so beautiful, and i love ur hair!!!! But anyway can u tell me where u got ur squeeze bottles with the black top?

  • @akechia Thanks Hun, no problem! I got that applicator bottle from Sally's.

  • I'm looking forward to the review of the Dr. Bronner's Magic Organic Shikakai Conditioning Hair Rinse and the Dr. Bronner's Magic Organic Hair Creme Lavender Coconut

  • Hi nina - I've been using your tip from another video about the dr bronners soap mixed with aloe Vera juice as a shampoo for about a month, I must say this works very well for my hair and my daughters and leaves our hair so soft and as you said squeaky clean...thanks again for another great tip.

  • why do you add the aloe vera to the soap? does it add extra cleansing properties? or is it just to dilute it? or for extra conditioning?

  • If you have a trader joes near you buy your aloe there they have a gallon for 7 dollars AND the coconut woil at any indian store near you for 8 dollars for half a gallon BUT at the indian store tell them the cooking coconut oil NOT the hair coconut oil bc the hair one is mixed with mineral oil ;^) i use to order from them too until learned about cheaper places hope you can same some cash LOL just googal indian stoes in your yellow pages

  • You are such a beautiful lady and your braidout is GORGEOUS. I love your videos so much, I can't wait to hair about your review. How many weeks post are you now too?

  • Great vid, are you going to use the conditioning rinse as a leave in or deep conditioner?

  • Your hair looks great. I'll be checking that web site out......thanx

  • Great products girl. I ususally order from swansonvitamins but you have turned me on to this site. Im trying to use more natural products so this would be a great addition. I made my start with Carols Daughter and its working well so Cant wait tohear your review on the creme and the hair rinse.

  • OMG, Nina, your hair is looking beautiful!!

  • Hey Nina! Are u gonna do a hair update soon?!

  • Thanks for sharing, your videos are so informative....I tell a lot of people about your channel.....I've been looking for a good coconut oil. Have a good 1. :0)

  • Nina...I love your videos. They are so easy to follow and inspirational. You actually inspired me to do my first You Tube Vid which I recently posted and gave you a shout out in the Vid. Keep doing what you do! Now, I'm going to order from Vitacost (lol).

  • @sanrisa1 Awww..thank you so much girl, headed to your channel now!

  • I am sooooo glad you introduced me to Vitacost! I had never heard of it before so after you mentioned it I checked out the website and found out that so many of the products I regularly use are so much cheaper on there!!! And that $5/$50 coupon code is right on time for me! Thanks so much girl!!!

  • @TotallyTyra You're so welcome!

  • Love shopping at Vitacost U can not beat that one price shipping cost of $4.99 on any order. I have been shopping there 4 over 3 years. I either order the NSI/Nutivia Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. You gave me an idea when I ordered my next jar I will order the (4) of the 15 oz jars instead of one 54 oz jar. Ladies do not skip on shopping at Vitacost.

  • Great video....I just ordered castor oil from there, the heritage brand, so i hope i like it as much as the jamaican castor oil. I am loving that site b/c the prices and the shipping are so reasonable.

  • Be careful with that hair creme I bought it about a year and half ago while i was transitioning and it made my hair feel horrible, like straw and it does not smell good either, I suggest you test it on a small section of hair first. I like the shakaki rinse it smells good and made my hair kinda soft but I stopped using it becuase its messy and goopy, I cannot use the magic soap it burned my scalp and i did dillute it very well, the PH in the soaps are much too high that proboly why it burns

  • @Queendum08 Thanks Hun for the heads up! I used the creme yesterday and I really like it, it made my hair feel really soft without the heavy build up...like most creme moisturizer! The Shikakai Rinse did not burn/sting my scalp at all, but I did have a hang nail on my finger and boy did that sting!

  • your hair looks amazing

  • @shlinda1 Thank you!

  • Also where do u get the containers u put ur products in?Thanks

  • Ur hair looks awesome!

  • @lynnyae18 Thank you! I got the applicator bottles from Sally Beauty Supply.

  • hi nina ,''wow'' is all i could say about your hair right now, just wondering how long does one bottle of the coconut oil last you?

  • @melisa577 Thanks girl! One bottle usually last me two months with regular use on my hair and body.

  • Thanks Nina, this is so helpful. You always are....I am going to stop being lazy and try this braid out thingy. I bought everything you told us about and it's been a couple of weeks and I still haven't done it yet! LOL

  • @Blkbderfly Thank you! You should definitely try it out...it's a great style for the summer!

  • do you use a detangler spray in your hair after you wash your hair?

  • @keishiarenee Yes, I use Aloe Vera Juice as a conditoning detangling spray (makes hair so soft) or Silk Elements Silken Child Detangling Spray.

  • I cannot WAIT for your review on that conditioner rinse!! I saw that at my local vtamin shoppe and I have been debating buying it, so if you like it, Im gonna go buy some lol

  • I'm waiting for the review too some people love it but some people said it burned something terrible so if I get it I will be totally diluting it @LightAsAFeather22

  • @lasoreal BURNED? r u serious? wow, thats something to be VERY cautious of... now im second guessing it.. Im going to wait for her review

  • yea I'm gonna wait too I hope she does it soon cause since it's summer I'd love a summery citrusy rinse :) @LightAsAFeather22

  • great info!!!! thanks for sharing.

  • Thanks for sharing this haul, I just looked up the ingredients in the Dr. Bronner's Magic Organic Shikakai Conditioning Hair Rinse Citrus and really like them. Can you do a review on that product after you try it please?

  • Hey Nina glad to see you back!! Love your vids. If you are ever in a bind and need coconut oil. I get mine from Wal-Mart in the cooking oil section. It is in a white jar with a colored top. The maker is LouAnn and it is 100% Pure with no other ingredients. It is also only a whopping $5. Happy Natural Hair Journey!!! :)

  • @MelLovesFashion Thanks girl..I will check it out the next time I go to Walmart!

  • @ninapruitt ur welcome. Glad I could help you out!!

  • @MelLovesFashion thanks for the tip, hon! i never knew they carried it.

  • I just love your hair.

  • @nitange Thanks girl!

  • Great vid !! i shop with vitaCost as well.. how often do you use your aloe vera & dr bronner soap mixture ? do you use it along with your reg shampoo ?

  • @Barginjunkie69...Thank you! I don't use regular shampoo, just castile soap...I wash my hair twice a week during the warmer months.
