for everyone that has asked the question. The technique primarily used is the process of rasterbating the image. Theres a video on youtube about it and a link to a FREE program that can do this to your images. it prints out as big as you want. id start with a 3 by 3 computer paper poster setup then get bigger

to make posters big you have to take a usb to either staples or kinkos..ask for a size & they wil do it for you.i used to wp it cost about like 5$ for a biig sized poster
