Sharlto is a lovely man and it comes out in his acting. He's scary smart, a perfect gentleman and funny as a motherfucker, as well.

He's one of the few people that I've worked with, in an industry full of questionable characters, that I would consider taking as another husband...provided that my current husband approved, of course :).

Sharlto was perfect for Wikus and I hope we see more of that character. D9 was an incredible movie, but it was Sharlto's acting that made it my favorite film.

Sharlto's mentioned in a couple of interviews "the stupid mustache" when referring to his mustache - of course. But I actually think he looks really good how he did in D9: short hair and mustache/facial hair. I think it's his short hair that's key for me, the facial hair is just icing on the cake. but he still looks good with long hair.

I love this guy, a real talent and I'm glad he's finally been able to almost pop up from nowhere if you like. I love how he's so giving to us all in terms of his experiences and if you look on his facebook page he's got tons of behind the scenes photos to share. Somebody described him as being the new actor who hasn't learnt to hold back yet.......I hope he never does, I've never known any decent actors give the amount of insight to their work that he has.

The aliens looked pretty real, the ship was definitely awesome, the heads blown apart and even his mutation from a human to an alien looked awesome. I think most of it looked pretty weird and not so genuine because they were taken off news footages, CCV cameras, etc. I thought everything about this film was brilliant.
