I'd say that the content of this interview was random but it's actually beneficial for musicians to do everything they can to help clear their throat, nasal and sinus passages as well as exercise their lungs and vocal chords. Relevant despite the peculiarity of this video. Grizzly Bear is a strange band who seems to do everything from music to interviews in a strange way.
