  • You have quite an ear ;) sounds very nice...

I tend to do the same when I hear something is a bit off... and what a big surprise to find out I'm not the only one who adds plenty of eq and reverb to "smoothen out" a certain tone.

My favorites are Visual EQ + Concert Hall reverb!

  • Very cool.

Did they put a patch for No Quarter?

  • That sounds very authentic! I love it!

  • You can get those tones, but you gotta run them through a mixer/software plug-in. I run my through Pro-tools.

  • Great tone. A tad off in the mid-song chords but keep building!

  • Priceless memories ... Thanks again for share your works

  • I think it sounds even nicer than the original sound! good job

  • Wow man........that´s awesome, is the same sound......great work and thx, keep going

  • I seriously am sold, I am buying M-Tron.....

  • Oooh. Could you do The Rain Song - Led Zeppelin. I've been trying to figure out the mellotron parts myself. Finding out the harmony is hard for me.

  • Woooow!!!! it's the same!!!

  • El Mismo Sonido !!!

  • KING CRIMSON !

sounds like the original, awesome plug-in ^^

  • You nailed it! That sounds fantastic!

  • man ! that´s the sound!

i play the guitar but watching you play that software makes me want to learn keyboards

i love the sound of the mellotron, the moog and the rhodes

is there any emulation software for the rhodes?

    that would be great

    keep posting videos

    thanks

    cheers

  • A while back there was an VST called EVP-73, bot sure if its still made though.

  • check native instruments. I can remember seeing an ad for the rhodes by them.

  • There is a fantastic piece of software by M-Audio called Velvet. Look it up on You Tube and see the demo. It has 3 different Rhodes Pianos; Stage, Suitcase, and Mk V as well as a Whirly 200. It also has whole host of effects. MSRP is around $249.00

  • thanks for the info!

  • Hat's off to American and Californian inventor Harry Chamberlin who invented the whole concept in 1946 that the mellotron is based on and got ripped off!

  • VERY, VERY, COOL!!! Crimson rules!

  • Nice!!!!
